60m2 apartment located on the port of Mèze 30 minutes from Montpellier.
It is a type 3 on the 4th and last floor. The view is splendid on the Etang de Thau. Crossing what makes it airy and bright.
The apartment was completely renovated in June 2018.
He understands :
- the living room with the fully equipped kitchen overlooks the 20m2 terrace with a view of the port of Mèze, Sète and its surroundings. Equipment: Induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
- A master bedroom with its 160cm double bed with box spring that can be raised.
- A large attic room with 2 beds. Each 80 x 200 bed can be enlarged to be 160cm wide.
The 2 bedrooms open onto a tropezian terrace of around 10 m2 with views of the hinterland and Cap d'Agde
- Bathroom with walk-in shower
- separate WC
- Washing machine
- TV (TNT channels)
- Electric heating in all rooms
- Private and secure parking space
- Bike room on the ground floor
The beach is a few steps away. Access to the center and all amenities.
