VERY SPECIAL THIS 5 STAR unit - Very private 1 Bedroom with king size bed with 2 closets, dresser & a 2nd sink & private TV, ceiling fan and great natural light overlooking the water. Air Conditioning. We offer 25% discount for 28 days or more; & 15% discount for weekly rentals. Minimum 2-night stay, plus cleaning cost $170/stay or week. Pets welcomed for additional fee of $170 per stay. We have 340 feet on the water for all to enjoy! Very large yard (fenced) to enjoy, play corn hole, relax or run with your 4 legged family members. We live next door and share part of the yard. There is a private fenced area for you and your pups. This unit is not connected to our home, it is a stand alone building, with our private garage below. Additional guests (max 2 over first 2) is $50 per night/person.

This open living concept living space has large windows with spectacular views of the water of East Bay – Red Fish Cove. Bring your 4 legged family members with prior approval and payment of our pet fee of $170 per stay. We are rated 5 Star on Vrbo and on Airbnb.

Your private outdoor stair entry to your private deck over-looking East Bay or use the enclosed entry taking you up about 12 stairs to the open Living area with 55” HDTV & electric fireplace. Long comfortable couch will accommodate 3rd person (Extra fee of $50 per person per night if more than 2 guests), 1 loveseat (pulls out to single bed) to enjoy the views of the water and pine and oak trees.

Beautiful deck with awesome water views and sunset views. Watch the dolphins swim by, pelicans dive for fish, bald eagles soaring above. Bring you paddleboards, kayaks, fishing gear, casting net and shelling net. Enjoy your evening fire on your sandy beach, firewood provided. Enjoy our large fenced yard with your fur babies - with prior owners approval.

On Cul De Sac away from traffic noise. Carport just outside your door with additional off-road parking if needed.

TV – DirecTV Premier Package includes HBO, Starz Super Pack, Showtime Unlimited and Cinemax. Wireless High Speed Internet Service (xTream by Mediacom). Work desk provided upon request.

Full Kitchen with full size frig-freezer with ice maker, oven, glass top stove, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee pot and dishes, pots, pans, silverware, glass ware, popcorn popper, rice make, blender and Instant Pot. All bath and bed linens and beach towels. Standard size washer and dryer in unit.

Minutes to shopping, dining and airports in Pensacola (PNS-International Airport), Florida and Destin - Ft Walton Beach (VPS-Airport), Florida. Navarre Beach 8 miles.

The Club at Hidden Creek Golf Course - 5 minutes to beautiful 18 - hole golf course with reasonable rates. Free public boat ramps - several in area.

Beautiful property, the views are wonderful from the place, easy access for our lab to enjoy the dog park yard and we enjoyed sitting on the pier with refreshments taking in the water view. The beach house is inviting, very beautifully decorated, fully stocked kitchen and had many extras such as coffee, wine, ice, spices, and soaps. Being February We came to golf, eat seafood, and walk the beach, did that and much more. Marty and Ron were wonderful hosts and we hope we will be back soon.

Excellence view of the bay, which is in the backyard. The house was very clean and had everything we needed! The furniture was clean and comfy. The dishes and cookware were in great condition. We even had little gift bags waiting for us and our dog. We had a very relaxing and enjoyable trip. Loved it and would definitely rent again.

This place is absolutely perfect, they have absolutely everything you need plus some, wonderful house and location with beautiful views from the house and the dock and backyard, the best hosts ever communication with them is easy and they keep you updated with anything going on nearby, we had the absolute best time ever for our honeymoon I reccomend this vacation home to anyone, book with them you will NOT regret it.

Marty and Ron were both great hosts! Property was better than expected! House was stocked with everything you would need! Just bring your clothes and toothbrush! The Beach House in Navarre

The beach house is a wonderful place to stay for water views and if you have dogs. Private beach, private dog park and our beautiful space are just of the few things we loved. Hosts Marty and Ron were lovely to work with. Can’t wait till our next stay.

This place is absolutely amazing. From the moment you walk in, the special touches to make you feel welcome, the beautiful decor and the tropical landscaping - every detail is perfect. But what impressed me the most is that there isn't a single thing you could possibly need or think of that they have't already provided.And if you're traveling with a dog, you're in or a treat! The owners are true dog lovers. There's an entire side yard set up as a private dog park just for your pup, complete with bowls and all the essentials. Your dog will feel just as welcome and pampered as you do. We can't wait to go back!

Amazing trip!

You literally just need to bring your clothes and toothbrush. This unit has everything you will need. The unit is beautiful. Water views from every window. They have a dog park area. The owners are so nice and very sweet. They suggested a local seafood place, Where Yall at, the food was so good. The area is beautiful. The bay and beach are beautiful. This is the best unit we have stayed. We will definitely be back!

A Perfect Relaxing Retreat

Marty is a wonderful host and the property was immaculate. The property is right on the bay and she carefully thought about how your dogs can have a great time and be secure. My dogs LOVED this place. The beach is a short drive and the best beach on the panhandle. Just a perfect stay.

Perfect family vacation

Our family had such a great week at The Beach House in Navarre! The house was clean, organized, and fully stocked with everything we might need. The property was beautiful and the bay was perfect for swimming. We were able to watch dolphins swim past on multiple occasions as we sat on the deck in the mornings and evenings. This Beach House was such a treat and we highly recommend it to others. :)

Relaxing

My husband and I stayed for our anniversary. The place is very peaceful and relaxing. The host are wonderful! The communication was very good, they respond quick and allowed us to check in a little early due to use arriving early. We enjoyed most of our time fishing off the deck. The PERFECT VRBO

Marty and Ron are outstanding hosts and everything, I mean EVERYTHING, was at our fingertips! We wanted for absolutely nothing more than of course a longer stay and to come back!! Beautiful Property

We are so lucky to have found Marty and Ron’s beach house. Everything was great! The house is awesome and the grounds are beautiful. When lit up at night it has a true resort feel. Marty and Ron have thought of everything to make the stay great and were super hosts. Our family loved the private beach areas and fishing from the pier, which was also a great place to view the amazing sunsets. Our dog also had a great trip since there was plenty of room for her to run and play. We will definitely be back!

Perfect in every way!

We thoroughly enjoyed our last-minute Labor Day getaway at the Beach House in Navarre! Everything about our stay was wonderful! The unit was well-stocked and beautifully decorated and featured stunning views from every side. The outdoor area was reminiscent of a resort, with multiple places to sit and relax and lots of room for the dogs to romp and explore. Ron and Marty were gracious, warm, and welcoming. We can’t imagine how it could’ve been more perfect! We definitely will be booking again!
