The home had a remodel which was finished in January of 2020. All furniture was purchased in 2019 and 2020. The homeowner updates the outdoor furniture every two years (as needed) to allow the outdoor experience to be as enjoyable as possible.

The open and bright living room in this beautiful La Quinta vacation rental was fully remodeled with handmade and hand-stained Spanish terracotta flooring as recently as January 2021. New shades and shutters throughout the entire home as well as new appliances. Completed with brand new furnishings indoor and outdoor and brand-new flat screen TV's throughout 3 of the 4 bedrooms including the casita.
The primary bedroom is stylish and comfortable with direct access to the outdoor pool deck. The primary bath is spacious and complete with a new soaking tub, walk-in shower, dual sinks and a large walk-in his and her closets and a fireplace. The primary mattress has a Tempur-Pedic mattress purchased in 2019 to make your evenings as restful as possible.
A second bedroom features two twin beds and its own private en-suite bath.
The third guest bedroom has a queen bed and private en-suite bath done in a tropical theme which is very inviting and full of positive energy. This mattress is a serta mattress also purchased in 2019. The fourth bedroom is a large private detached casita with deluxe bar area (includes a mini fridge), en-suite bath and fireplace. The mattress is also a Serta purchased in 2019. The family room has a couch which folds down to a full-size bed for additional sleeping accommodations if needed. It will fit two people but is realistically more comfortable for a single person.

Guests of this remarkable Rancho La Quinta vacation home have access to tennis/bocce ball/pickle ball/fitness center at Rancho La Quinta Country Club and also can enjoy dining privileges at the clubhouse during season when "The Cantina", "The Turn" and "The Club House" are open.
Although Rancho La Quinta Country Club golf course is not available for non-members, the concierge service can assist you with arranging tee times at other nearby La Quinta, Rancho Mirage, and Palm Springs golf courses.
This remarkable La Quinta vacation home is convenient to many popular Palm Springs area events including the Bob Hope Classic / Humana Challenge Golf Tournament, the BNP Paribas Tennis Tournament, the Coachella Valley Music Festival, Stagecoach Country Festival and equestrian events at the Empire Polo Fields.

Golf Course Amenities are not available to non-members. Concierge is available to help book tee times at public golf courses which are offsite. Rancho La Quinta is a private member only course.

Pool resurfaced and tiled July 2025. Pool heat is added upon request at an additional charge. It is notated as "heating" fee on the VRBO additional charges. Due to recent SoCal natural gas increases, during colder winter moths this fee will be at its highest amount per day to cover the amount we are charged from SoCal gas company. If you want to negotiate how many days a week to heat the pool, we can do this at the beginning to avoid the heating fee for the pool being charged for the entire stay Feel free to ask and Jamie would be more than happy to set up a weekend only etc. pool heating charge.

Please note, the garage is not given access and not available for usage to any tenant. This is locked off by the homeowner.
