Senior Golfers Get-A-Way

Very comfortable, clean and convenient property with a great view of #11 green on the PGA West Stadium course. Easily accommodated four golfers and gear with room to spare. Very close to excellent restaurants in LaQuinta.

Great stay!

This home has all you need for a comfortable stay. Spacious rooms and impeccably clean overall. Easy access to pools and golf course, not too far from dining and groceries in La Quinta. Bikes are great, games and TV set up/internet fantastic. Host was incredible responsive and helpful. Quick flag: For families traveling with little children or groups requiring quiet/privacy in the rooms: the doors are not solid wood (they have slats) so not the most quiet bedrooms if people are in the kitchen or common areas.

Everything about our mini-vacay at this rental property was perfect - the home is beautiful and so well kept. It is furnished with all the necessities and amenities and we loved the bikes! The owner, Sean, is so very helpful and answered all my questions re: the property. Our family will go back again and again....it's truly a great vacation home to stay and enjoy Palm Springs.

Wonderful place, view, and owners!

The home was perfect. It was very warm and inviting and certainly very clean. The trip was for a girls weekend and we really enjoyed ourselves. The golf course views were beautiful and the pool was just about a minutes walk away which was perfect. There's plenty of shopping and activities in the near area. We already are trying to plan our next visit our there.

Lemon Tree in Front & Golf Course in Back

Our family of 6 really enjoyed staying on the golf course. The hacienda is clean and exactly how it appears in the pictures. The owner is very responsive and easy to work with. The endless supply of lemons for my Diet Coke was an added bonus.

Wonderful Time

Can’t say enough good things about this home. Owner has thought of everything. We were there 2 weeks and never ran out of supplies. The home was furnished like it had been staged. Very tasteful. The view of the golf course was entertaining and the morning sunrises were spectacular. Two en-suite bedrooms were perfect for 2 couples. You can’t go wrong here!

Great Time in La Quinta!

We recently had the opportunity to enjoy 6 weeks in this condo! It was great! It was exactly as depicted and it was perfect for us. The condo itself was more like a home than a rental unit. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans etc. and the appliances were excellent. It made it easy to host guests and friends! The pool and hot tub was only 3 units away and because the development has so many pool complexes, it was seldom that there were any other guests there. Sean and Jennifer, the owners, were excellent to deal with and although we did not have any issues that required their immediate attention, they made sure that we knew that they were available if we needed them. From our perspective, the condo location is the best in the valley. We like to cycle, golf and hike and using PGA West as the base from which to operate was perfect. It is always less windy in La Quinta and this is great for cycling and golfing. Old La Quinta is a great coffee stop - a favourite in the mornings for cyclists - and Stuft Pizza just down the street is a favourite of almost everyone! This is a unit that will exceed your expectations for a rental unit and we look forward to the opportunity to return.

A Special Condo with a Great Location

This is a very comfortable condo that is well equipped and has a very special interior design. The rear patio overlooks the 11th green and a small lake with many water fowl and a turtle. Both attractions are very entertaining. Cruiser bikes and helmets were provided and were very popular with our family. Our host was very responsive and provided helpful advice.

Beautiful stay in the desert

This home is thoughtfully furnished , spacious , easy to relax there. Every day a beautiful view awaits you from the kitchen and back patio . We enjoyed our time there , it was easy to get in and out of the property because the owners have made it that way. There are great hiking trails nearby as well as grocery stores and restaurants . We were able to enjoy the neighborhood either by walking or riding the bikes provided. We met many nice people who either reside there or are visiting . There was very good communication throughout the process of renting to when we arrived and upon leaving. We would definitely recommend this lovely home to others . Thank you !

Three Day in Paradise

Sean is a great host. The house is perfect and well-stocked. The location is fantastic overlooking the green at #11 Stadium Course at PGA West. Great place for a bicycle ride since this is a guarded gate community. I look forward to our next trip to La Quinta.

Great 5-star accommodations

Everything about this property was top-notch. We've stayed in this area (PGAWest/Stadium golf course views) before so were well acquainted with the check in process at the security gate and the HOA policies for the neighborhood. No issues for us. The owners are experienced renters and know what works and what doesn't for their guests. Communication with the owners was excellent and thoughtful. We would definitely stay there again without hesitation.

Golf getaway

My family rents a vacation home 3-4 times each year. In all the years we’ve been renting, this house was easily one of the best. The owner’s respond immediately to any questions, the location is excellent, the home is beautiful and immaculately clean. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Our PGA West vacation home is our happy place, we love spending time here riding cruiser bikes, golfing, swimming, and relaxing on the patio while soaking in the views. Sean’s best-kept secret? SilverRock Golf Course, a spectacular course open to the public. He’s always happy to share insider golf recommendations and tips on where to play throughout the desert.

We also love exploring the Coachella Valley, strolling through Old Town La Quinta’s storybook village, shopping along El Paseo in Palm Desert, and taking quick day trips to Palm Springs.
