We started coming out and visiting relatives in the Phoenix area in about 2006. The first time we came out was in Feburary to escape the winter weather from Cincinnati/Northern Ky area. After visiting for a long weekend we fell in love with Arizona and the Phoenix area. Where else in the world can you have the perfect weather,beautiful blue sunny skies, amazing scenery everywhere, perfect location for day trips.
A few years later we ended up purchasing some properties that we could rent full time and maybe enjoy down the road. These homes were both two stories and not a lot of backyard space.
We decided that one day we want to live in AZ and might want a nice ranch style home. So after months of looking we came across Estrella Mountain Ranch and could not believe how perfect it was for us and also for family and friends. So we ended up selling the two properties we had and upgrading to this beautiful ranch style home with the perfect location for us.
For now we can only enjoy this home for part of the year. We would love to share our amazing new home and give everyone the experience to enjoy the home and the beautiful area. We will do everything we can to make sure you have the best vacation experience possible!

Why they chose this property
This is the perfect location! We chose this area because it has an incredible resort style feel to it. The views are to die for. You are surrounded by mountains in every direction and when you combine the mountains, Sonoran landscape, the lakes, Palm tree lined roads and golf courses you have the perfect setting. As you drive thru the community you will love the views and love the resort feel.
What makes this property unique
This upscale home is located in a Gated Community and located on Estrella Golf Club a Troon golf course. Home has tall ceiling 10 foot and 11 foot ceiling with upgraded amenities and beautiful window treatments. It's hard to describe but it also has a very comfortable feeling also. Just something about this area that always puts you in the best mood. Not sure if it's the blue skies every day or the sunset over the mountains or just the sound of a golfer driving by in the back yard. But it is so relaxing and peaceful here you won't want to leave.
Enjoy swimming year round in the heated Resort Style pool and enjoy soaking in the hottub in the evening under a starlit sky.
This is truly a perfect location for an incredibly relaxing upscale vacation.
