The Space: Welcome to Southern Shangri-La on Coming, a warm and inviting urban retreat in the heart of downtown Charleston. Tucked just off Coming Street, this tropical-inspired oasis blends lush greenery, Balinese décor, and local artistry to create a peaceful escape from the city’s buzz, while keeping you close to it all!

You’ll recognize the home by its light blue exterior, oyster shell driveway, and beautiful wall mural by local artist Carly Thomas! Parking and entry are located at the rear of the property, where you’ll find easy access to the side door along the driveway. Apartment B is one of four thoughtfully designed units and is located on the ground floor at the base of the stairs. Keypad entry ensures a smooth, private arrival.

Inside, Apt B offers approximately 700 square feet of bright, comfortable living space. The apartment features a recently renovated kitchen, a spacious living area with stylish furnishings, a Smart TV with YouTube TV, and reliable Wi-Fi, everything you need to feel right at home.

Located in the vibrant Elliotborough/Cannonborough neighborhood, you’ll be surrounded by great restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife, all easily explored on foot or by bike. The building’s small, friendly layout creates a relaxed atmosphere while still offering privacy.

As a ground-floor unit, you may occasionally hear light foot traffic from above, which is reflected in the pricing. If you’re seeking an even quieter stay, feel free to ask about our upstairs apartments.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to their private apartment, which is well lit and easy to access, along with off-street parking in the driveway area, making arrivals and departures effortless.

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*
