About this property

Relaxation & Privacy

Villa Direti consists of 3 bedrooms (one of them is upstairs), 2 bathrooms (washbasin/shower/wc). A full equipped kitchen next to the dining area. Next is the living room which has plenty of space and 4 couches, with one of them being couch-double bed and opposite to that there is the fireplace which has super power fan connected, giving a fantastic sense of warm all over the place. Every room has its own A/C and Tv. Upstairs, the master bedroom, which has private shower/wc and two big verandas that cover 360 view. Very convinient in a windy day, you can always find a calm place to drink your coffee. Downstairs and outcide at the main guard, there is the barbecue which maybe its one of the best spots of the house. Next to the barbecue is the pool which is suitable for small children also, while having depths of one (1m) meter and (1,4m) one and a half meter also. Next to the pool is the grass area, ideal place for kids to run and play. Downstairs there is the garage that can easily fit 2 cars. Inside there you will find the gym area for starting a good and healthy day. Enjoy your staying!

Wonderful private villa

Our stay at Villa Direti was just what we wanted, beautiful mountain views, very comfortable and spacious villa, relaxing and private. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked with equipment for cooking meals, beds super comfy and the outdoor space is really nicely thought out and attractive. Highly recommend for a peaceful family stay (well peaceful once you get used to the noise of cicadas).

Just Paradise

We enjoyed this amazing house for 3 weeks. Really everything is neat and everything is present. The bbq, the garden, the pool are in 1 word, AMAZING. We really liked the peace and space. Andreas was a great host and was always there for us. Mama's homemade Gemista was also really delicious. Unfortunately we did not meet Dimitra, but the communication before the holiday was great. We can really recommend this house to everyone. We give it a big ten! Andreas thanks again, and maybe in the future we can drink a whisky together :). With lots of love, Johan, Edith, Bert and Minie.

Entspannung pur

Diese Villa ist genauso wie sie benannt wurde, zur luxurösen Entspannung. Traumhaft gelegen, sauber, geräumig, toller Pool, tolle Sitzmöglichkeiten. Und das Beste: Andreas mit seiner Betreuung und Tipps und guten Gesprächen. Danke an seine Mutter für die wunderbaren Sachen zum naschen und essen. Danke für einen entspannten Urlaub. Villa bien placée

Villa avec vue exceptionnelle, spacieuse , au calme, proche de la mer et des principaux sites à visiter.Accueil chaleureux, maison avec de beaux volumes, bien équipées .Belle Suite parentale à l étage , 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée qui sont petites pour des adultes( lit de 160 ) lit de 140 serait judicieux. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette Villa très agréable et avons rencontrés des propriétaires chaleureux et disponibles
