Excellent property with one bedroom and bathroom in an annexe. More than enough balcony and solarium areas. The pool was larger than expected. Overall a lovely property. The only improvements would be baking trays or ceramic dishes for cooking and the bathrooms need updating, especially the main bathroom as it’s door does not open/close properly and is a risk with children. Perfect position for us - in a tiny village out of the way from anything but with tavernas within 5 minutes drive and lovely towns such as Vamos, Georgiopolis, Plaka, Kalyves and Almyrida within 15 - 20 minutes drive

Nice village but house can be better

First, it is well located, the village is nice, close to many things, yet not in city center, the organisation of the house is confortable, the pool excellent. Then, you might guess we have some grievances among which: A lot of humidity in the kitchen (cupboard under the window), it smells substantially, The bath in the first floor bathroom leaks water (most likely a hole in a joint surrounding it), The tidiness of the house was okayish, but not exceptional, The washing machine stops when you unplug the key, what as consequence “blocks it” until you release water from it (I suspect we were not the only one to face this issue), Another less critical comment is that beyond pool instruction, there is very few notice, or support to explain, how to use the different materials (fridge, should it be turned off, electricity, neither what needs to be done for the trash), Then and finally, we realised that the shower door in the dependence has only one side.
