At Bradenton Beach Club, we take pool parties seriously - we've got not one, not two, but two pools plus a hot tub to soak away your worries. And guess what? One of those pools is so close to the beach, you might just get a tan while you swim!
Need a break from the sandcastle business? No problem! We've got deeded beach access and provide beach gear. We also have a bayside boardwalk that will have you feeling like you're walking the plank...straight into a covered pavilion with the most epic bay views.
Lazy Manatee is perched on the top floor, where the elevator is your trusty steed. Inside, you'll find a washer and dryer (because even manatees can't live in their swimsuits forever), free WiFi, smart TVs, and a linen service so professional, you'll swear the linens went to college. Featuring: 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 1 king in the second bedroom and a twin over full bunk room.

Once upon a time, Morgan's childhood was a beachy dream near Anna Maria Island. When her dad decided to plant roots in Bradenton in 2018, the idea of snagging a vacation rental was a no-brainer. Morgan's hubby and kiddos were smitten with the sun-kissed beaches, top-notch restaurants, water adventures, shops galore, mini golf madness, and the happening Bridge Street scene.
In a bold move, Morgan entrusted a "big" rental company to handle her first condo on the island. But oh, the horror, bookings were scarcer than a seashell in a sandcastle. Despite the condo's fancy decor and the Hendersons' non-stop fun at their "slice of paradise," the rental company had to slash prices like a pirate's treasure hunt, yet still, no luck. Frustration hit Morgan like a rogue wave, prompting her to dive headfirst into the murky waters of short-term rental management in early 2019. And boy, what a splash it made! Bookings flooded in like sunscreen at high noon, guests were having a blast, creating memories, spreading the word faster than seagulls after a dropped ice cream cone, and rebooking faster than you can say "flip-flops."
In 2020, Morgan found herself in a posse of peeved owners fed up with rental management woes. Armed with her newfound wisdom, she steered some towards self-management enlightenment while others became her very first clients. Can you believe it? What started as a desperate measure now had Morgan riding the wave of joy, helping families craft unforgettable vacations on Anna Maria Island! Whether you need a sweet spot to crash or insider tips on grub and adventures, Morgan's just a call or text away, ready to sprinkle your vacation with some extra sunshine.
