Beach House, across from beach 2 Bedrooms 3 Bathrooms Family Friendly POOL

2021 updates due to Hurricane Sally...you will be staying in a home that has almost been completely rebuilt. There are a few changes and LOTS of upgrades. One main change is there will be no jetted tub in the master bathroom, we have made the walk in shower much larger. The two sleeper sofas have been replaced. They are now two over-sized love seats that fold out into a twin bed.

Beautiful two story DUPLEX Beach House directly across the TWO lane road from the sugary white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores. This a quaint community of 8 homes with a shared outdoor pool. Public Beach Access is about 100 yards down on the left. There is a board walk with benches, showers and restrooms.

2 Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths; Master has King bed with balcony access, Master Bathroom has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds with full bathroom. Both bedrooms have a wall mounted TV.

Main level has full bathroom with walk-in shower. Large Flat Screen, sofa, two (twin-sized) sleeper sofas and chair in living room. Adjoining dining area seats 8 with additional breakfast bar in the kitchen. Full kitchen and laundry area. ** There are two flights of stairs inside the home. **

Our home offers Direct TV and high speed wireless internet for your convenience and enjoyment.

We strive to maintain a family atmosphere for the quiet enjoyment of the community. We will rent to families and responsible adults. No sororities, fraternities, school groups, civic groups, or groups of college aged students allowed. Violation of the above is grounds for immediate eviction without refund of rent or deposit. Identification and proof of age of the person signing the contract must be furnished upon request. Please remember people live here, after 10:00 PM please keep down all noise and no foul language.

Loved the general location. Close to many amenities and the beach is just a short walk. From the time you enter the house till the time you leave you will want for nothing. House was so cute and very well thought out. Great place for our family of 4 to stay.

This was a great place to stay. Nice friendly, private community. Close to the beach. Private community pool, we pretty much had it to ourselves the entire stay. The home was very spacious for our family of 5. We'll definitely try to come back for our next trip to this area.

Nice Beach Getaway

We had a great time staying here. We basically had a private pool to ourselves. The neighbors were friendly. The walk to the beach isn’t bad. The house was updated and super nice. Only issue we ended up having was the internet quit working. I would definitely recommend staying here.

This house was so nice and clean with beautiful decor. Very spacious with tall ceilings. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cookware. The walk to the beach was short. The check in process was a breeze and communication with the owner was quick. We would definitely stay here again. We have nothing negative to say about our stay. It was great!!

Quiet, Clean, and Convenient

The location is in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to shopping and restaurants and within walking distance to a public beach access. It offers covered parking, 2 decks to enjoy, and a community pool with plenty of seating . 3 full baths with plenty of towels, washcloths, and extras such shampoo and soap. Plenty of pillows and additional bedding for the 2 sofa sleepers. Kitchen was spacious and easy to navigate, with seating for 9. This home was well equipped for our family of 7 and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

Great vacation, would stay here again

The description and photos did a great job portraying the property. We enjoyed this rental and it's location and we would stay here again. The property was renovated recently and it shows, everything is in great condition and still looks new. Of the 8ish condos in the community, most were empty during our stay so we usually had the pool to ourselves. There is easy lagoon access in the community next to this one and the public beach access is a short walk down the street. My only complaint was with the cleanliness of the property. The beds were made and the sheets were clean which I think are the most important areas and we did have enough towels for bathing. However when I arrived I noticed there was still unflushed pee in one of the toilets which gave a bad impression upon checking in. There were some random pieces of trash under couches and beds that were missed but not obvious. The main trash can in the kitchen was already half full of trash and we didn't have any trash bags on us. We went to the store and got the things we were missing and had a great stay. I just wanted to point those things outs because there was some room for improvement.

Great location and house!

We enjoyed our beach vacation in this clean comfortable home! One of the three full bathrooms is on the first floor which was so convenient! The kitchen was well furnished with pots, baking pans, oven mitts, measuring spoons, and dishes. We cooked several family meals and had everything we needed. The balconies were a great place to let our 3 and one year old granddaughter play with safe railings and good decking. The walk to the closest beach access was just a few minutes. The swimming pool is only steps away from our home. This is a quiet and clean house with comfortable beds and furniture! We would definitely book it again!

Family Vacation

The condo was very spacious and clean! It was recently updated and well cared for you can tell. It was a short distance to the beach which the kids loved, I would definitely recommend this property! There are a lot of stairs which wasn’t a major issue but I would recommend bringing a baby gate if you have small children on the move. The home was furnished with everything and then some to ensure you had everything… truly a home away from home!

Overall the house was wonderful. The pool was closed for part of our stay due to an electric short with a light in the pool. We heard from the neighbor who was renting and didn't receive other communication, but I am not sure the owners were even notified. We loved the availability of the appliances in the kitchen. The proximity to the beach was fantastic.

Beautiful home, sketchy vibes

This beach home is nicely remodeled although some of the finishings haven’t been completed. We were enjoying the first couple of days of our vacation when we received a request for an extra guest fee and a message explaining we were over their limit of guests and instead of evicting us we could pay more money and stay. We are a large blended family of 11 and when searching for rentals we put in our requirements but for some reason were still shown this property, and booked without realizing they had a max guest limit of 8. So we were charged more for having extra children, one of them being a one year old. So we wasted a day of our vacation on the phone with VRBO, who negotiated the owners extra fee down to half which we paid. The scary part was they the owners told VRBO they had counted us on their cameras. We weren’t told we were under surveillance and the rest of the trip we felt quite uneasy as if we were being watched the whole time. So lovely home but beware that you will be watched during your stay without notice!
