The Colony Club at Drakes Landing is centrally located in Gulf Shores, AL with just a short drive to the beach! This is a 2-bedroom 2-bath ground floor condo that sleeps four (4) guests in beds. The couch is not a sofa sleeper but one person could sleep there. Guests have access to a clubhouse with a pool, hot tub and fitness center and access to a lighted tennis court and a charcoal BBQ area near a beautiful pond with a fountain. Bring charcoal & lighter.

The primary bedroom has a King bed and the guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The primary bedroom adjoins a full bath with a tub/shower combo. The hallway bathroom is located right by the guest bedroom and has a full bath with a tub/shower combo also. There are flat screen TVs in the bedrooms & the living room has a large Smart TV.

The condo is furnished with full size appliances including dishwasher and a washer/dryer. The cabinets are stocked with items to prepare most meals plus a coffee maker and other small appliances. All of the beds are made with nice white linen, and the bathrooms are stocked with a supply of nice white bath linen. Bring your beach towels and make up wipes. A "one-day" supply of personal amenities will be stocked and includes 1 roll of paper towels, 1 roll of tissue per bathroom, personal size toiletries and detergents. Please bring your other disposable items.

The condo location is convenient to many fun activities: such as beautiful beaches (about 5 miles south or a 10-minute drive depending on traffic), great restaurants, water park, amusement park, golfing, and many other activities. There are numerous on-sight amenities in this quiet community: outdoor swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, club house, beautiful pond with fountain, lighted tennis court, and BBQ area.

No boats, no trailers, no motor homes, no jet skis and no golf carts are permitted in the designated parking area. The owner does NOT supply beach items. This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING unit. There is no smoking/vaping inside or outside (that includes porches or balconies).
