Great spot for a family stay in Sevilla

Stayed here 4 nights with grandkids. Perfect location for us. Easy walk to historic area and the nearby plaza is a great spot for evenings. Something for everyone. The apartment worked very well for us. Stairs up to 3 floor are a little steep, but otherwise perfect

Lovely house

This is a lovely house, that was cool even in 40 degrees of heat! Easy walking distance from everything in Seville and plenty of nice places to eat and drink in the neighbourhood.

Family Sevilla Stay

We loved our home in Sevilla & enjoyed the rooftop terrace the most. We were a little frustrated by the strong sewage smell and moldy washer but overall we truly enjoyed the entire home and it’s location.

Really enjoyed our stay, good location for sightseeing and bars/restaurants. The terrace was a real bonus and a great communal space. Would have liked less firm beds. The property management were very accommodating.

Location and property excellent. Veo apartment staff extremely helpful and all went to plan. Think the terrace furniture could do with update getting slightly scruffy but still usable. Thoroughly recommend.

Perfection!

We had an absolutely lovely time staying here. The house is a little off the beaten track which gave us an opportunity to explore neighborhoods not in tourist-ville. And we can't say enough about the house. It's brilliant, beautiful, and one of the nicest possible places you can ever stay. The management company was also incredibly responsive and helpful. If we could give it a 10000 stars we would!

Charming Seville Flat

We found Quintana Terrace to have a lot of character and charm. The apartment was conveniently located allowing us to explore different parts of Seville. There were plenty of shops, restaurants and bars nearby. The apartment was well maintained with a lot of character and charm. Traveling as a group of two families with 7 people we were able to spread out comfortably and have our own space. Finally, the property manager was readily available and helpful.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Quintana Terrace in Seville, Spain. My husband and I enjoyed a vacation with our adult children (all 30+ years old). The house was incredible! Everyone had their own bed. We utilized the house to its fullest. The shared spaces (kitchen, TV room, and terrace) were all wonderful. We loved the neighborhood. Food, shopping and entertainment were all within walking distance. Hopefully we will be able to stay at Quintana Terrace again.

Fun, Convenient and Comfortable

This flat was perfect for our four-night stay in Sevilla. Decor was colorful and pleasing, the layout was exciting and every room had a different, fun energy. Kitchen was a bit small, but worked fine for us. The rooftop space was perfect for happy hour, and the rooms & bathrooms were comfortable for our group. There are stairs, so if you have people with mobility issues, this place is not for you. Otherwise it's a blast. We would happily return. Staff were sweet and funny. We accidently left with the keys and they were lovely about our mailing them back.

Enchantés de notre séjour dans cette belle maison au style très Sevillan et enchanteur. Nous avons visité Séville à pied, inutile de louer une voiture. Tout est faisable pour des personnes qui marchent régulièrement. L'équipe qui nous a reçu a été très efficace. La maison est assez vaste sur 3 niveaux avec une belle terrasse très agréable. Déco typique andalouse bienvenue. Très bien située, petite rue calme à 10/15 mn du centre historique et des principaux monuments. Proximité restaurants et bars. Accueil et contact propriétaire sympas.

Sehr schönes Apartment in Sevilla auf drei Stockwerken mit Dachterasse

Diese Villa war perfekt für einen Stadturlaub von 4 Tagen in Sevilla. Sie ist gut ausgestattet mit drei Bädern, einer Küche und diversen Schlafzimmern (bis auf eines alle mit Klimaanlage) auf drei Ebenen mit einer schönen Terasse: Platz genug für uns: 4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder bzw. Jugendliche. Sie liegt nahe des (für das Viertel) zentralen Platzes Alameda Hercules. Dort gibt es diverse Cafes, Tapas Bars usw., das Zentrum ist in ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ein Auto ist wegen der engen Gassen und sehr begrenzter Parkmöglichkeiten nicht zu empfehlen; Taxis sind recht günstig. Die Agentur ist sehr flexibel, hat alles erklärt und gute Tipps zum Essen etc. gegeben, die alle unseren Geschmack getroffen haben. Wir können die Villa uneingeschränkt für einen Aufenthalt in Sevilla empfehlen.
