Situated in an award winning neighborhood off the Gulf and minutes from downtown Dunedin our 3 bedroom-2 bathroom bungalow is a sanctuary for discerning travelers. We offer a tranquil setting and a close proximity to all the activities that Florida can offer!

The property has a resort feel to it when you enter the backyard. The oversized pool is completely fenced in for your privacy and enjoyment. There is ample grounds for you to set up a croquet match or just relax in nature and watch the wildlife. If serenity and relaxation, in a beautifully appointed space, are your idea of a great vacation, Three Palms is your place. Our retreat is like staying in a tranquil resort.

Just outside the front door you have access to a 38 mile bike trail that will take you all the way to the beach! Perfect for biking, running, or a leisurely walk. You can walk to downtown Dunedin for amazing dining and nightlife, go watch a major league baseball game, or head to the beach in just minutes!

Our past guest have called it paradise and we tend to agree. The hardest part of being at Three Palms is having to go home.

Excellent Property!

We cannot say enough about this property. It had all of the amenities, privacy, cleanliness and attention to detail we were hoping for, and then some. Abraham was so welcoming and always answered when we had a question, or were looking for a recommendation. This is a little piece of heaven on earth and we would highly recommend!

JUST WHAT WE WANTED

Perfect location, super well maintained, responsive management, top communication. We kept remarking how clean the house and the grounds were kept. The outdoor space-deck, pool and grounds- are delightful, well tended and quite private. We are very pleased with our choice and look forward to returning.

Three Palms

Our family stayed for a week for a family vacation. The property was spotless and met all of our needs. Our favorite was the pool and private fenced in area to hang out. Restaurants and shopping were close by and we made several trips to Clearwater which is a very short drive. We are thankful to have chosen such a wonderful place. Abraham met us at the house and went through everything we needed to know about the house. He was wonderful!

Great pool and deck

The location of the house is great because it’s only one block from the bay, which includes a trail at the Waters edge and also right next to the Pinellas Trail in the opposite direction. It’s only about 15 minutes to the beach at Clearwater and about 40 minutes to Honeymoon State Park. The house is nice and clean and had everything that we needed. Best of all is the pool which is really large, and the pool deck, which is great for relaxing. The backyard is a beautiful space to hang out.

Amazing house! Highly recommend

I can not say enough about our stay! We absolutely loved the house! It met our every need and more! The house was spotless, neat and the owner thought of every detail. The landscaping of the backyard and pool instantly made it paradise. The owner was so easy to communicate with and was super helpful! I would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Clearwater/Dunedin area. You are walking distance to downtown Dunedin and minutes from the Clearwater beaches and not to mention the bike path is right next door giving you easy access. We hope to be back soon!

Pinellas Trail access

We wanted to rent home as close to the Pinellas Trail for bicycling as possible. This house was right there! It was a lovely home with a large backyard and a pool. Unfortunately, it was too cool to be able to use the pool while we were there. Abraham met us there when we arrive to show us around the property and we are fine thanks. He is very proud of his home. This house is in a quiet residential area with very little traffic. Photographs are accurate.

Great property, great location!

We had a lovely stay at Three Palms. Our flight arrived early and we were permitted early access to the cottage which was great! We immediately headed out to the private back yard, comfortable teak lounge chairs and took a dip in the pool. This location was really great, our first time staying on the Clearwater side of Dunedin. Having the Pinellas Trail literally right next door to the house was such a bonus for walks to town. Also being two blocks from the water was perfect for sunset walks in a beautiful neighborhood leading to the gulf. The house was very clean, beds super comfy. When the weather wasn’t cooperating , the owners offered excellent ideas for local parks and hidden gems! We look forward to hopefully spending another vacation at Three Palms cottage.

Fantastic Ambience

This property is immaculate. It is just as described. The location is fantastic. Not too far from the beach and Dunedin is so quaint and wonderful with an abundance of restaurants. Abraham was very accommodating, gave us a tour answering any questions. He was very responsive when I texted him later with a question. The kitchen is very well appointed. The only thing I didn’t realize is the pool and deck are beautiful but the pool is 9’ deep. A little challenging for playing but great for good swimmers. So much to do and yet so relaxing. Best trip ever.

Great house

The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything needed for a great vacation. I wish the beach was closer to the house but being so close to Dunedin was actually a good thing for us. We enjoyed the restaurants, shops, and activities so close to us. The pool was well maintained (little heavy on chlorine) and the house tech was a great bonus. And the owners were extremely nice and accommodating.

Perfect Oasis

Abraham was so hospitable and the property is everything we needed for this family vacation. Perfect location, right next to Pinellas Trail, one block from Edgewater, a short walk into Dunedin town and just 15 min from Clearwater beach. Escaping the cold

We came to enjoy the fun and sun of Dunedin and we’re not disappointed. The property was beautiful and clean with high end furnishings. My Aunt loved the bedroom with the attached bathroom, it was her little get away. The pool was great although in April it was cool. It rained two days of our visit but we were able to find games to play and things to do. We even got in a few games of croquet on the sunny days. Over all it was a truly enjoyable trip and Abraham was a joy to work with. DJ

Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommend!

We spent three weeks at Three Palms House and enjoyed every moment of it. The house is lovely - clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and well-maintained. Beds and sofa are comfortable, bathrooms are nice, towels and sheets are high quality, tv's have basic cable and access to apps, and kitchen is very well-appointed if you like to cook. We both worked remotely from the property with no issues - WiFi throughout the property and plenty of places to set up a work station. A lot of nice touches as well, including a computer to check email, games, books, and beach chairs. The grounds are definitely the highlight, though - spacious, private, and beautiful. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and lounging on the deck. Owner was very nice, responsive, and helpful, but also very respectful of our privacy. Location is perfect - on the bike path, a few blocks walk from the gulf, and walking/biking distance to Dunedin bars and restaurants. We definitely hope to return for another stay!

Surpassed expectations - Great location

The property was roomier than it appeared online. We stayed for 6 weeks in Feb-early Mar. Location on the bike trail was fantastic. We rode to Dunedin regularly for restaurants and bars, no need to worry about finding parking. Back yard and pool were very nice with nice loungers We didn't use the pool since the water was cold at that time of year. I work remotely and was easily able to set up my workstation in the office/dining area on the desk there. Gave me a nice work space. Bed was comfortable, but would have appreciated a king in one of the rooms. Shower in 2nd bathroom is small, fine for kids and small adults. Towels were of high quality. Sofa was comfortable. TV was a little limited with no sports channels but plenty of access to apps. Owner was really nice and quick to answer questions and address issues. He was also non-intrusive. We would stay here again next winter but it is already rented!

Inside our 1500Sq ft bungalow it is very cozy and comfy, and spotlessly clean . You can enjoy a romantic night by the fireplace or host a game night with your family. There is a large flat screen TV for you to stream a movie so just kick back and enjoy.

The outside area of the property is a true Shangri-La built help you forget your worries and relax. The oversized in-ground swimming pool makes each day feel like your at your own private resort. Every area has been cultivated to promote a peaceful stay. You can choose to relax by the pool, play croquet, workout, or just read a book in our meditation space. It will truly be your new favorite hideaway.

Don't forget your binoculars as we have a wide variety of birds that love to visit. A 38 mile long bike trail or "The Pinellas Trail" is directly adjacent to the property and bicycles or e-bikes are available to rent downtown Dunedin or at the beaches. Pedal to downtown or to the sunset over the water at the bottom of the street.
