Welcome to your home away from home when you stay at this centrally located Oldsmar house. Not only is Tampa airport 15 minutes away, you are just steps away from community waterfront access, boat ramps, canoes & JetSki launches, basketball courts, amazing walking trails and 3 parks/playgrounds.

With so much to do, all within walking distance, you can enjoy shopping for goodies at the flea market, riding horseback at an animal sanctuary, zip lining with beautiful views over serene waters, or standup paddle boarding tours. There’s also pickleball courts (we have paddles for you), fishing docks (we have the poles) or take the kayaks to the open waters with the launch practically in the back yard.

Other fun activities (ALL within 2 miles away) include the famous Tampa Bay Downs, where horse back racing, poker and driving range are an everyday thing.
Need to get away from the heat? go ice skating indoors at the Tampa Bay skating academy.
Want a more low key beach day? Try the secluded, smaller beach area with walking trails and picnic shelters located at Mobbly Beach park.

Sports fanatics look no further, Spring Training is a great family friendly pastime, February thru March. You can choose 3 teams to cheer on, all less than 10 miles away! Or travel further to find 12 more teams gearing up for the season.
Can’t get here during spring training, then join us March thru November for the TB Rays regular season, or September thru February to cheer on the TB Buccaneers.

When you rent this home, you are renting a piece of mind. This 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home features 65” TV’s in every room (1 has a 55”), a separate game room area (with their own tv) for the kids, full kitchen set up for all your cooking needs, a fully private, fenced in back yard & private pool.

If day trips are your thing, then this house is the place to be…
Visit zoo Tampa or the Tampa Bay aquarium to get your animal fix in.
Need some adventure? Then visit one of the many theme parks (it’s going to be hard to decide which ones to choose). From Busch Gardens, Sea World Orlando or the wonderful world of Disney, etc. Looking to cool off? Visit Adventure Island waterpark, or one of the dozens of beaches, including the famous Clearwater Beach.
Don’t forget to check out The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. In between hands, be sure to check out Council Oak Steakhouse, where you will no doubt have some of the best steaks of your life.

Everything was wonderful. The place has a lot of extra toys, beach accessories and things to keep kids entertained. It is within walking distance to 2 park areas which was great. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a good place, and the pictures are accurate. The host was very helpful and attentive and very responsive to any questions we had. If you like the description, then you'd like this place. It's a nice quiet neighborhood too. My mom chatted with a few friendly neighbors.

Host and amenities were a 10! The special gift for the Grand Babies was a very kind gesture, and the kids absolutely loved the welcome gifts. The house inside and outside was clean and tidy…well cared for. There was a problem with one of the appliances, which was taken care of promptly.

We had a wonderful time in the property is first rate! Plenty amenities. It's clean and they thought of everything. We had three boys ages 15 12 and 7. They had a ball. Played ping pong video games and of course the pool and hot tub! There's a park nearby walking distance. And You can see the bay from the back patio. I would definitely rent this property again. This is the 4th or 5th year that we've contracted VRBO for a house to accommodate nine people in the area and this is by far the best! I would highly recommend this property. The management is attentive and responds within 15 minutes. I rated five stars!

Everything was perfect. The layout of the house allowed us to spend time with our family. We were there for our son's wedding and cousins who hadn't seen each other in years were able to come over swim in the pool and reconnect.Melody was the perfect host – she was available at any time for any of our questions. The location was ideal with two Parks, one on either side and we had access to stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend this house and location to anyone!

Best home on VRBO especially for the rate!!

Melody, the manager, who treated us as family, had a care package and a get well balloon for me before we arrived due to a prior accident. The home is absolutely immaculate, beautiful pool, so relaxing, plenty of amenities!! Thank you to the owner for allowing us to stay in your beautiful piece of paradise!!

Large and well kept up house!

We rented this for our daughter’s graduation from college. It’s so well kept and the pool and hot tube were used a bunch! The ping pong table was a nice surprise. The owner responded to all of my questions promptly and was so nice to communicate with! I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking to house a 8-10 people.

Location was great and the house fit our needs perfectly. The house was clear and well organized. We felt that the pool could have been cleaner. The filter was not running the entire time we were there. We had small children who really want to swim. Also, the washing machine has automatic detergent dispensing, but it ran out and it took a couple days to deal with that. Those two things aside, we had a great time and would recommend the place to everyone.

Dear John, it was a pleasure having you and your family stay as our guests. We are thrilled to hear that you loved the house and found it to be clear and well organized. I’m sorry you felt the pool was a little dirty. The owners run the filter at night time in order to reduce the electricity bill, so the filter is running seven days a week, just not during peak noticeable hours. The pool is also serviced every Friday by a great five star local reputable pool company, so I am sad to hear that you didn’t think it was up to par. The owners will be speaking with the pool company regarding this to ensure 100% customer satisfaction going forward. We are sorry to hear about the washing machine, before each visitor arrives, the washing machine is preloaded with a whole gallon of laundry detergent, so we’re not quite sure what happened as to why the error code was coming on saying there was no detergent. We diligently worked to get more detergent to you all asap! Amazon ensured us (with a confirmation)the delivery would get there on time, but it took longer than anticipated. We appreciate your feedback as it ensures us the tools necessary to create an amazing home away from home experience for every guest. Thank you for staying with us and we would love to host your family again in the future!
