Located just 3 km from Megève, 20m² studio on the 2nd floor of a chalet ("Le Sapin" residence).
Stepped path to the house.
Near the Princess gondola (300 m from the slopes), south-west exposure with 3 m² balcony, view of the mountains.
Animals refused.
Non smokers.

Entrance with bunk beds with storage drawer (80 x 190) - bedding of 2017, Bathroom with a walk-in shower + WC, living / dining room with a convertible sofa with storage drawer (140 x 190), a kitchen area including a 4-burner ceramic hob, extractor hood, combined microwave oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, and washing machine.

The accommodation is equipped with a flat screen TV, a toaster, a kettle, a vacuum cleaner, a fondue set as well as a raclette set, a TASSIMO coffee maker (capsules not included) and an iron has ironed.

The accommodation is heated on the floor during the winter by the residence and benefits from an electric auxiliary heating and an electric towel dryer in the bathroom.

Travelers access

The studio tenant will have a private numbered parking space, a private ski room on the ground floor of the residence.

The keys will be given to you upon your arrival by a service provider: arrival from 4 p.m., departure in the morning before 10 a.m.

A security deposit of € 200 by check will be requested upon arrival and will be returned to you at the end of the stay after the inventory.
Sheets and duvet covers changed between each tenants.
Cleaning to be carried out by the tenant before departure.

Fabulous stay - thank you

Property just as described. Lovely, cosy and clean. Modern appliances. Fold out double bed and two bunks. Well equipped kitchen. Warm friendly host. We definitely recommend. Appt is only about 250m walk from piste and can then ski down to Princesse telecabine. Several ski hire shops in Demi Quartier. Limited for eating out, but L'hivernal next to Princesse lift does great food and excellent service. Another restaurant (Demi Lune) is nearby but have to book for private reservation. Otherwise head to Megeve for plenty of places to eat. Had a fantastic week. Huge choice of piste, whatever your ability.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour l’emplacement! L’appartement est très propre et très bien équipé pour 4 personnes. Trés bel appartement bien placé

L'appartement nous a totalement convenu. Le prix est raisonnable, surtout à cet endroit. Ce n'est pas grand mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Les lits enfant sont neufs et de bonne qualité (chose rare pour être souligné). C'est propre, décoré avec soin, très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, bouilloire, appareil à raclette et à fondue, draps et couettes...). la cuisine et la salle de bains sont sympas et pratiques. L'appartement dispose d'un vrai balcon (avec table et chaises) offrant une jolie vue sur la montagne. Il est bien situé, entre Combloux et Megève, à moins de 10 min de la télécabine de la princesse et suffisamment reculé. résidence propre et voisins discrets. Le seul bémol mais qui doit concerner beaucoup de logements collectifs à cet endroit, le parking réservé aux 3 chalets dont celui ci qui est le plus bas est un peu éloigné, surtout avec les valises pour une famille. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'hôte a été très disponible. Grâce au système de boite à clés nous avons pu arriver et repartir quasiment à notre guise. Cela est également pratique pour aller skier. Une adresse a garder. Merci.

très bon accueil

logement très fonctionnel et très bien agencé. Il manque cependant un couteau de cuisine, un économe, une planche à découper et une raclette à vitrocéramique. Quelques couverts de plus seraient les bienvenus surtout avec un lave-vaisselle. Abattant cuvette non adapté (la lunette ne reste pas ouverte) ce qui est un peu embêtant pour les garçons. Sinon tout était parfait! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par l'agent immobilier. Monsieur très arrangeant pour les heures d'arrivée et de départ. Petit logement idéalement situé près du télécabine, moins de 10mn à pieds. Tout est présent à l'intérieur du logement pour le bien-être des clients; machine à laver le linge, machine à laver la vaisselle, grand frigo, appareil à fondue, raclette, chauffage d'appoint, TV. Place de parc privée présente aussi, local à ski, balcon pour prendre le soleil. Décoration du logement fait tout son charme. Au village de Demi-Quartier; divers petits magasins, bière/vin shop, casino supermarché, boulangerie. À 5mn en voiture de Megève ou Cambloux. Logement recommandé à 100% pour quelques jours à la montagne.
