Single storey villa located 500m from the beach, with stunning sea views. Enjoy a bright ventilated living room overlooking the covered terrace which extends with the secure infinity pool and its travertine beach. You will be able to effectively protect yourself from the sun thanks to the electric blinds, part of which covers the swimming pool if necessary (young children, fragile skin) to enjoy the refreshment of swimming without risk. You will enjoy in the swimming pool a staircase and an integrated bench.
The Kitchen is equipped and faces the sea.
3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms each including a sink, shower, WC, + 1 extra single bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned and ventilated. Overflowing swimming pool.
Sheltered private parking.
Free WIFI.
Enjoy the most beautiful beaches of the island, extraordinary walks, boat trips (departure from the town), snorkeling or scuba diving trips (departure from the town). We will send you practical information to have the best possible stay.

les salles de bain sont un peu vieillottes, mais le propriétaire nous a signalé que des travaux allaient être réalisés.Sinon un grand bravo pour les équipements, le linge de maison, les produits ménagers, la piscine, la situation de la villa la tranquillité, la proximité de la mer, le bon accueil de SABRINA. Nous espérerons pouvoir réserver dans deux ans.

Vous aviez justement noté que les salles de bains étaient un peu vieillottes : nous sommes heureux de préciser, pour les prochains voyageurs, qu’elles ont depuis été entièrement rénovées. Ce point appartient donc au passé ! Nous serions très heureux de vous accueillir à nouveau. À très bientôt en Martinique.

Séjour incroyable

Villa magnifique avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Belle terrasse avec sa piscine appelant à la relaxation. Tout confort et équipé. Chaque chambre possède sa salle de bain. Super accueil de Laurent , hyper dispo. Un vrai petit paradis !!!!

Anses-d’Arlet is one of the most charming and authentic villages in Martinique, with clear water, great snorkeling spots, sea turtles and small local restaurants. Everything is close, yet the area remains peaceful and preserved.
