Destination-specific information
Martinique is a tropical island with a unique charm. As on many islands, occasional water or electricity outages may occur and are beyond our control and are not related to the accommodation. Likewise, the local climate may result in the presence of insects, including mosquitoes. These elements are part of the local characteristics and should be taken into consideration when making your reservation.

Sargassum is a natural phenomenon, and its arrival along the coastlines of Caribbean islands is random and unpredictable. There may be no sargassum at the time of booking, while the coastline may be affected during your stay, or vice versa. Its presence may temporarily affect access to the beach, make swimming less enjoyable, and cause characteristic odors, particularly when large quantities of seaweed accumulate along the shore. Unfortunately, we have no way of predicting or controlling this phenomenon. We therefore encourage guests to keep this possibility in mind, particularly when choosing accommodation located close to the coastline or directly on the seafront, as the property may occasionally be affected by the presence of sargassum.
Once you leave the airport, follow the direction of DUCOS / MARIN and carry on until the next way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN / HIPPODROME and take it. Then, at the first roundabout, turn left (direction LAMENTIN / FORT DE FRANCE / FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN).

At the next round about (just after the bridge) take the second way out towards FRANCOIS / VAUCLIN.

Follow the road (direction of FRANCOIS). When arriving in le FRANCOIS, at the first round about take the way out towards LE VAUCLIN. Keep driving until you reach LE VAUCLIN.

Before arriving at the center of VAUCLIN city, you’ll see a roundabout (a little tip to recognize the roundabout: there are some big sculpted fishes in the middle for decoration). At this roundabout, go straight.

Pass along side the gas station of Vauclin (on your left) drive 10 minutes direction LE MARIN. Then turn on your lft when seeing the roadsigns "Ranch Macabou - Mallevau - Cap Macabou". The road is rocky, drive slowly. After about 5 to 10 minutes, you will see a roundabout, go straight. Pass the 5 CGOSH buildings, go straight ahead. In front of the white fence turn left. It is the house on the edge of the beach, number 17. Here you are!
