Very nice and comfortable villa + 2 appartments in a large tropical garden with 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, a terrace and a swimming pool.
Very well equiped, this house and the appartment can welcome 8 to 16 people.
There is a private parking on the property.
Compositions: 4x Bathroom, 5x Bedroom, 2 Kitchen, 1 Living room, 1 Kitchen in the living / dining room
Amenities: 3x shower, 4x Pair of twin beds, 2x single bed, 1 sofabed, 1 Bed Linen & Towels, 1 Terrace, 1 air conditioning, 1 swimming pool, 1 Smoking allowed.
All the beaches in the area can be reached after less than 5 minutes driving which is also the case for the city center with all the shops, bars, restaurants, etc.
At your arrival you will be welcomed with a local ti punch, fruit juice and everything necessary for the first breakfast.
Guarantee deposit 1600 euros to be left upon arrival and given back the last day
Cleaning fees 275 euros to be paid at the villa directly
