About this property

Large studio in Biarritz next to the Thalassotherapy center on Miramar beach

This newly renovated studio enjoys an excellent location: next to the Thalassotherapy center of the Sofitel, a staircase to descend to be on Miramar beach, all local shops 100m away (St Charles district), not far from the Golf de Chiberta (4km)
It is spacious (25m2 and 3m high ceiling) and can accommodate up to 5 people: A couple bed (sofa bed), 2 folding beds and a foldable bed. A bathroom with shower and heated towel rail, a large dressing room, separate WC.
The kitchen area is fitted out with all the equipment: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, induction hob.

Sheets, duvets, towels and kitchen linen are provided.
Upon delivery of the key, 60 € for cleaning and laundry will be required and a deposit check of 300 € which will be returned at the end of the stay when the keys are returned.

St Charles is a beautiful neighborhood and the street is relatively quiet. Checked in at 6:00 pm. Checked out accordingly to Fabienne’s schedule at noon. Took a later train. If you don’t have an internet connection, communication could be a problem. Loved the studio; very private and well-equipped it’s far from the madding crowd.

El estudio está equipado con todo lo necesario,la calefacción genial para no pasar nada de frío y los colchones cómodos.Lo.mejor el tener una plaza de parking exclusiva para poder moverte sin preocupaciones y además se llega caminando en un momento a todos los sitios para ver Biarritz.En verano tan cerca de la playa tiene que ser un lujo.Cualquier cosa resuelta al momento ya que la comunicación con Fabienne fue maravillosa.

Nous avons loué ce studio pour deux nuits avons été agréablement accueilli par Fabienne qui nous a remis les clés et informé sur les possibilités de stationnement de nos vélos VAE puisque nous faisions la velodyssee. II, ne manquait rien. seul bémol serait sans doute le montant des frais d’entretien qui nous ont paru élevé. Merci encore Fabienne.

Très bien situé, conforme à l’annonce. Près de tous les bons petits commerces et de la plage. Mme Fabienne, qui nous a accueilli est très gentille. Le propriétaire n’a pas été collaborateur lorsqu’on essayait de rejoindre Fabienne avec notre cellulaire du Canada.
