Grand Studio of 32 m2 located on the third floor with a lift on one of the most beautiful avenues of Biarritz, decorated with a large balcony of 8 m2 sheltered, on which it is possible to take meals. 10 parking spaces in front of the building are reserved for residents and parking is free in this part of Biarritz.

The studio consists of a main room with a large bay window opening onto the balcony furnished with two seats sofa bed, both with 140X190, a table with 4 chairs, a coffee table, cupboards and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen is separate and equipped with a table with stools, a refrigerator freezer, mini oven and microwave and two induction plates. Coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster are also available.
The bathroom has a bathtub, sink, washing machine and toilet.

Everything has been completely renovated

This property is ideally located in the heart of Biarritz, while staying in a quiet residential area (the face of Pierre et Vacances residences) it offers the possibility of feet at all, all the local shops are 5 minutes and the beach and the casino. The bus stops about 150 meters from the residence.

Biarritz is both a beautiful seaside resort and a renowned surf spot. It is a city where it is nice to walk day and night and very well located since Anglet is his first 'neighbor', St Jean de Luz is 15 minutes by car and Spain to less than half -hour .

Séjour du 16/08 au 30/08/2025.J' ai découvert à mon arrivée un appartement sale et très poussiéreux:Cuisine sale avec des ustensiles de cuisine usagés (le grille pain est rouillé par exemple) Il n' y a pas de hotte pour cuisiner.Dans le salon, il y a un vis à vis avec 3 immeubles et non équipé de rideaux, ni de stores , seulement le volet roulant.C'est la première fois que je vis une telle expérience à Biarritz en espérant qu'elle ne se renouvellera pas!Pour couronner le tout , la propriétaire a débité ma carte bleue pour faire payer des éléments manquant suite au passage des autres vacanciers.Je déconseille fortement cet appartement pour les familles.

Localisation idéale au coeur de Biarritz

Studio idéalement situé dans un bel immeuble pour profiter à pied de Biarritz et de ses plages et correctement équipé. Commerces de proximité très pratiques à 2 minutes. Plusieurs lignes de bus permettent de rejoindre les villes et plages avoisinantes. Propriétaire attentionnée et disponible. Les places de parkings privées devant l'immeuble sont très souvent disponibles en soirée. Garderons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour

Location très agréable, appartement neuf, propre et idéalement bien situé en plein centre de Biarritz et à proximité de la plage, des restaurants, boîtes... C'est donc un appartement à ne rater sous aucun prétextes aussi bien si vous êtes en famille ou entre amis. A noter que la propriétaire est d'une gentillesse assez bluffante, ce qui est extrêmement plaisant !!

Nous avons passés deux semaines exceptionnelles à Biarritz. Ce studio est très agréable de part la cuisine séparée du séjour et un balcon où l'on peut prendre des repas. Fonctionnel, situé au centre de la ville, à 5min de la plage ce studio est parfait pour un séjour entre amis. La propriétaire est très agréable et attentive à ses locataires. Les voisins sont sympathiques mais il y a néanmoins un vis à vis avec les immeubles d'en face. Je recommande vivement ce studio !!!!!

cadre magnifique , appartement géniale , très bon rapport qualité prix à proximité de à peu près tout ( commerces , plages , boites de nuit ) appartement à ne rater sous aucun prétextes si vous faites un séjour entre jeune ( comme nous ), les soirées sur la plage sont extraodinaires seule ombre au tableau pas de connexion internet ( surtout pour les jeunes ) une vrai bonne affaire avec une propriétaire très agréable .

Excellent séjour à Biarritz !

Nous avons passé un trés bon séjour avec le soleil au rendez-vous. Studio spacieux et très bien agencé avec tout le confort nécessaire pour des vacances. Bonne situation puisque plage à 350 mètres, commerces et restaurants à proximité, balades agréables dans la vile le soir. La voiture peut rester au parking. La propriétaire est très aimable. Nous recommandons cette location !

Studio agréable et bien placé

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce studio fonctionnel, bien placé et lumineux. Nous avons quasiment tout fait à pied et la plage est vraiment à 5 minutes à pied. Le studio est bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le balcon est très agréable pour prendre des repas à l'extérieur. Le contact avec la propriétaire était très bon, aucun problème. Bref, très bon ensemble, bien organisé, lumineux, propre. De plus nous étions véhiculés et avons toujours trouvé une place pour se garer à proximité. Les deux canapé-lits sont suffisamment grands pour deux personnes. Seul bémol: l'un des deux était vraiment très mou! Nous recommandons néanmoins ce studio!

Studio à ne surtout pas rater !!!

Bonjour, Après avoir passé une semaine dans ce studio, nous en sommes reparties plus que ravie. Celui-ci est très cosy, parfaitement aménagé, avec une décoration qui nous permet de se sentir "comme chez nous". De plus, cet appartement est situé en plein centre ville dans une très belle avenue qui se termine les pieds dans l'eau ! En effet, la plage est juste au bout ( 200 m), les boutiques, les bars, les restos, les boîtes de nuits ainsi que le casino sont tout près ! Ce studio est idéal si vous ne souhaitez pas bouger votre voiture (il y a un parking devant l'immeuble : très important). En, bref : APPARTEMENT A LOUER SANS HÉSITER ! BONUS : Mme Janik, la propriétaire de ce studio fait tout pour que le séjour de ses locataires se passe pour le mieux! Elle est disponible au téléphone dès que vous avez la moindre question. A votre arrivée elle vous aura fait le plein de flyers à l'office du tourisme: les vacances peuvent alors commencer !!!!

Appartement très agréable, très bien situé ,on peut tout faire à pied : plage, boutiques, restos.... Propriétaire charmante et très accueillante. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette ville au paysage magnifique.
