Cozy studio/1bath w parking for 1 car located at 49 Bradford st on the West End of Provincetown minutes away from the center of town and a short walk to local shops, groceries, restaurants, shows, nightlife and one block to the Boat Slip for afternoon tea dances. This unit is fully furnished with a queen Murphy bed, full kitchenette with two burner stove, full size fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and a keurig. Spacious bathroom, and a parking spot for 1 car. Just had a few interior/exterior upgrades as well!

This is a small but efficient and comfortable rental. We had everything we needed. Just 1 block off main drag. No need for a car. Luis is easy to contact and quick to reply.

Compact studio in a great location

This was our second stay at this property. Great location! Easy to get to, clean and well appointed. The tv system is MISERABLE not at all user friendly! The Murphy Bed mattress & bedding needs to be updated. It would have been nice to have more than 1 wash cloth. The fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. We were quickly reminded that the same thing happen last year. You can’t leave the windows open, the dampness/fog triggers the alarm.

Host was very quick to fix a problem we had with central air conditioning. There was a window unit installed within a couple of hours. The rest of our stay was wonderful. Definitely would stay again if available.

Small but mighty!

This condo, although small is in a great location, VERY clean and VERY well appointed. Right at the intersection of Bradford & Shankpainter at Central St. It’s a quick walk to Commercial, Stop&Shop, the bike rental and anywhere you want to go. The condo was spotlessly clean when we arrived. It’s a well thought out condo with great storage and an updated bathroom. The front deck is great for relaxing in the afternoon post beach. A few areas of improvement: The TV system is THE WORST! Nearly impossible to use. We contacted the owner who immediately said “ya it’s a real pain to use” Because everything is streamed there’s no real “news” or tv. It’s all “prepackaged”. We weren’t there to watch tv but local news & weather would be great. The sheets on the bed were less than desirable, thin polyester sheets. We actually bought cotton sheets at the hardware store and left them at the condo. For the price of the rental, we expect descent bed linen. We were surprised to see that unlike our last 10 rentals, this one did not provide beach towels. The fire alarm went off 4 times during our stay. Once at 3:33am. We contacted the owner after the 4th time…the response was a text “sorry about that I guess I’ll have to call the management company”, we never saw or heard from the management company or the owner after that. Overall we enjoyed our stay here. With a few minor improvements this place would be perfect.

The unit is ideal for one or two people. It had everything we needed. It was a block from Commercial and close to a large grocery store and 2 gyms, if you want to work out.

Cozy and convenient

This studio is compact but a wonderful & charming space...best for 1 or 2 people. It was beyond well-stocked with almost any basics you might think you need. Communication with the owners & managers was always friendly and questions were answered quickly. The location is great...an easy walk to all you might want to see & do in Provincetown but away from the crowds when you need that too. Pizza and bike rentals are very close by too. It's especially good if you're driving...you can avoid Commercial Street (by car) altogether. I've stayed here previously under different owners and the upgrades & furnishings now make it even better than before!
