Newly Renovated UNIT 3A4: This oh-so-incredible top-floor two-bedroom unit is master class!

Gorgeous sand and seafoam colors are imbued throughout the stunning living and dining areas, and the bedrooms and sensational new bathrooms reflect the same kind of casual elegance. Swivel chairs in the living room let you converse with others or simply get lost in the view. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. King bed in master bedroom; two twin beds in guest bedroom; queen sleeper sofa in living area. Maximum occupancy: 6 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).

Direct gulf-front views from the lanai and master. Fourth-floor location provides a virtual bird's eye view of our spectacular beach!

A Sweet Staycation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay with our family of four. The beach was stunning, and the condo was in pristine condition. The only suggestion we have would be to expand the pool area and possibly add a hot tub — but honestly, that's the only thing we could even think to improve. We’d definitely stay here again!

We loved the condo and location

Condo is very clean and has everything you need. Condo location is close to everything we needed - grocery, stores and restaurants. The beach is close, very clean and quiet. We would definitely return.

Great location, nice unit!

Nice 4th floor unit in a great location just steps from the beach. The view from the balcony is spectacular! The complex has lots of amenities, and the check in process was a breeze. The unit itself is compact, but has two bathrooms, a decently stocked kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit, which we really appreciated! There is also covered parking, so your car doesn’t sit in the hot Florida sun. We had a great time, and would definitely book again!

Great family getaway

The check-in process was super easy. The staff was very friendly. The condo was clean and supplied most of what we needed. No beach umbrella, but everything else. Dishes, pots, pans, utensils, you name it. Beds were comfortable. The view was amazing! Moat definitely enjoyed our stay here.

I loved everything about this condo and will be back. It was so nice of the owners to provide things like beach chairs and umbrellas and more. Great view, comfortable furnishings and everything you need. Worth every penny and the island is amazing.

Summer Vacay Stay

Great floor plan, clean, top floor, corner condo, ocean view. Direct beach access. Easy check in/out. Tennis court/pickle ball and shuffle board close by. Covered parking a plus. Pillows a little hard, only had some hand soap, make sure to bring your own shampoo/conditioner and if using dishwasher and washer/dryer may need a little extra soap. All in all a great stay and would recommend.
