Fabulous stay with the family!

We had the chance to spend 10 days in Patrick’s house. The house is fantastic, definitely a 5 star. Everything is super clean, the kitchen is very well equipped and being able to have the outdoor kitchen is a major plus. The kids loved the pool, it is well maintained and a very nice size too. The house is a short drive from a supermarket which is practical. I am highly recommending the house, you will not be disappointed!

Le logement d'Ingrid et Patrick est au top! Propre, spacieux, bien équipé.La piscine est géniale, très grande éclairée la nuit..Bref tout est au top, je recommande vivement.Très bon accueil d'Ingrid et Patrick avec de bons plans a la clé, merci à eux.

Superbe villa

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette magnifique villa. Très bien équipée . Rien ne manque.Un excellent accueil d' Ingrid et son compagnon. Cette dernière est très réactive quand on a un problème ce qui est appréciable. Bref un séjour parfait que l'on n'est pas prêt d'oublier on y reviendrait avec plaisir.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cette villa . La description et les photos sont conformes à la réalité. L’emplacement est ideal a quelques minutes de la plage et du centre de Saint-Francois qui est une petite ville très agréable. Accueil sympathique, en bref rien a redire ce fut vraiment parfait !

Formidable Location une semaine février 2023

l'échange fut très facile avant de réserver ; la location est 100% conforme au descriptif et la villa est tout confort. Très belle Villa au calme à 5mn en voiture ou 15mn à pied de la plage des raisins blancs.Commerces à proximité, et grandes surface à moins de 2 km Situation au calme. Nous y avons passé une excellente semaine.

Une très belle et très agréable villa

Nous avons séjourné pendant six jours dans cette superbe villa avec entre autres une décoration de choix. La personne qui nous accueille pour le compte du propriétaire est disponible et efficace tout au long du séjour si nécessaire. Nous y retournerons volontiers l’année prochaine.

Maison magnifique et très bien équipée, idéalement située pour profiter des journées de la Guadeloupe. Plages de sable blanc proches, et piscine au sel pour terminer la journée. Procédure d'arriver claire et précise, accueil parfait sur place. Rien à dire ! Merci !

Maison superbement bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire et avec un jardin magnifique. Très confortable. Accueil de Régis au top et Patrick toujours très réactif même à distance. Dommage que notre séjour ait été gâché par une grève de la compagnie des eaux qui a duré 2 jours mais nous n'avons pas eu d'eau pendant 2 semaines et demi...

Le top !!!

La villa est totalement conforme à la description et aux photos ! Elle est vraiment très bien équipée en électroménager (cafetière nespresso, cafetière filtre, lave-vaisselle, tres grand frigidaire avec congélateur...) et en vaisselle ! La piscine au sel est top et très bien entretenue. L'emplacement est idéal, proche des plages, de la marina de Saint-François et de toutes les commodités (supermarchés, marchés, restaurants...). Un très bon accueil par Régis et des contacts réguliers avec Patrick le propriétaire de la villa, qui reste tjrs disponible même à distance... Merci à vous ! Nous avons été enchantés de notre séjour en Guadeloupe et si nous revenons un jour, il est sūr que nous louerons de nouveau cette villa !

Des vacances de rêve dans une villa exceptionnelle !

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans cette merveilleuse villa (2 couples et 1 bébé). Spacieuse, très bien équipée, propreté irréprochable, confortable, quartier très calme : on ne peut pas rêver mieux ! De surcroit le contact avec le propriétaire était super. Bref, on a déjà hâte de revenir !

EXTRA, pas un seul point négatif à noter. Une villa splendide, une propreté irréprochable, un équipement où rien ne manque . Une déco moderne et soignée, une literie très confortable, une piscine et un jardin paysager quasi féeriques, le tout dans un environnement très calme. Et en plus, le propriétaire est des plus agréable ! Allez y les yeux fermés et réservez vite avant les autres !

Petit paradis!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette magnifique villa. Trop court séjour! Du pur bonheur! Villa récente. D’une propreté irréprochable. Cuisine super équipée. Beau décor! Piscine bordée de palmiers et plantes exotiques. La plage et le golf à + où - 5 minutes en voiture. Idem pour l’épicerie Carrefour. Très bel accueil par Patrick le proprio toujours disponible et par Régis, personne ressource, voisin de la villa. À St-Francois les coupures d’eau sont fréquentes . Cette villa est équipée d’une citerne. C’est génial! Vous êtes tentés? Allez y les yeux fermés!

Merveilleux Séjour à St François

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans la propriété de Patrick. La maison est magnifique et dispose de tout ce qu il faut pour une famille, elle très bien équipée . Le jardin et la piscine sont juste magnifiques. L emplacement de la maison sur la commune de St françois est proche à 5 minutes de toutes commodités et également un point de départ pour toute la côte sur Grande Terre. Nous avons été bien reçu à notre arrivée tardive par Régis (merci) et au cours de notre séjour nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer notre hôte Patrick. L entretien du jardin et de la piscine est fait chaque semaine. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine au sel, très agréable, et nous aussi. Je pense que vous l aurez compris nous avons passé un excellent séjour à St François dans cette belle maison. Et recommandons les yeux fermés. Sophie, Seb, Zoé et Roméo.
