Very nice villa, newly renovated, ideally situated in a residential area very close to the city center and the marina.
Composition: kitchen, 3x bedroom, 3x bathroom, WC, living room
Amenities: iron & ironing board, 2x bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, cable tv, terrace, garden, free wireless internet, private parking, free cot in the apartment, safe deposit, private pool, no parties, private entrance, satellite tv, air conditioning, 3x shower, toilet, 2x double bed, 2x single bed, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, hot plates, big screen tv, double sofa
The villa is at 2,5 kms from the beach and 1,5 kms from all the shops, restaurants, the golf, casino, the local weekly market and the marina.
Guarantee deposit of 2000 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 150 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 5 % of the total amount of the stay (with a maximu of 4€ per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking.
