Was perfect location for the ski resorts. The fireplace and amenities made being snowed in for the one day a very enjoyable experience instead of a depressing one. 5 stars all around.
In the mountains for a short stay but absolutely loved this cabin! Will definitely return ☺️

This cabin is conveniently located about 20 minutes from the App State campus and was perfect for our family for graduation weekend. There was plenty of room for everyone and we grilled each night and had big family dinners. We loved staying here!

The property was clean and well maintained and the online listing was accurate. Quiet neighborhood that was easy to get to. Many activities a short drive away. The Otter Falls hiking trails were great. Saw many foxes and deer from the back porch. Highly recommended.

Thank you so much for sharing. It was a delight having you as our guest and we hope for a revisit soon!
The house was as advertised. One thing not mentioned (unless I missed it) is that there is an outdoor firepit which was great to roast marshmallows. House was very clean and had everything we needed. Snow tubing at Hawks Nest opened up the weekend we were there and is only a 5 min drive from house which was great. Hot tub unfortunately we never used but it looked great and had all the features - lights, music etc. Thank you again for a wonderful memorable weekend.

This is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. The hot tub was clean and inviting. There is a wonderful outsdoor space with a fire pit. We loved walking around the house, which has ample
Space and every time we turned around we found something new Adorning the walls
The pool table was fun, could be shifted just a little So the one side had
More space for the cue stick. We couldn’t get the slot machine to work but that was ok.
Nice kitchen, actual space to store the food we had (which I am usually left keeping it on the counter) so that was great. Close
Tomenty of things
Loved the dog park across the street, and it’s a natural park vs a fenced In one
Once we realized that is what it was we
Def used it!
Overall just a lovely place!!

Thank you so much for sharing. Terrific vacation experiences are our motivation. Its our sincerest hope to have you visit us again.
Generally a comfortable accommodation. 3 levels. Middle main level contains living, kitchen, dining and bedroom/bath.Lower contains pool table, bar, Q bed & bath, laundry.Upper loft contains K bed & bath. Exterior fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Exterior grill/kitchen and hot tub (don’t use). Notes:Bedroom on main level is stuffy & warm. Wall mounted AC in living area doesn’t reach into that bedroom. Lost bedroom does not have a door. Overlooks living area and lights shine up, no way to block it out. Downstairs AC kept Q room comfortable. Nice washer & dryer. Bar stools really wobbly and uncomfortable and did not use. Hot tub - you will be charged a fee to set up even if you don’t use the hot tub. The interior is generally dark, as the house is tucked under trees. Lighting works but just not enough. Views are merely of the neighborhood. Convenient location to where we needed. Probably would not stay again because of the stuffy and/or open loft bedrooms. Oven kept turning off sporadically; one day didn’t work at all. Prop Company slow to respond, & no action. Ask If there is a fridge on the front porch, and if you are told it “will be moved tomorrow”, don’t believe it.
The cabin was great and allowed our family to have a great expert on the NC mountains. Great location and had everything we needed for a great stay! Thanks to the hosts for allowing us to share in their great cabin!
Absolutely amazing time!-- all the amenities we needed and then some. Perfect getaway...
As a family of 6 it's not easy to get away and have everything we need and this cabin was amazing for us to spend some quality time together. As a disabled veteran with a service dog it's never a problem to book a vacation but it does impact where we go for convenience purposes. This place had it all. Thank you for the experience and memories.
Convenient to everything and still rustic private feel. Loved the hot tub and pool table. The beds were cozy. Only thing I would add is hair dryer and maybe an additional set of towels per person. We had a fantastic time.

Nice place
We enjoyed our stay. The property had cob webs on the fans, the ceilings.
This was a beautiful rustic cabin. It was clean, had upgraded kitchen and appliances, and was on a perfect wooded lot. Plenty of room for the family and our dog. Great location and very close to Grandfather Mountain, Banner Elk, Boone, and Blowing Rock.
One reservation was that the property was listed as “lake access” which was not really the case. There are 2 small retention ponds about 1/2 mile from the property and that’s it. They really weren’t useable for anything.
Wonderful stay. Will definitely return.
Had a great stay. The property is amazing. The attention to detail is very impressive.
We had a wonderful time. The cabin had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated.
