Naples Lely Resort- Quiet Villa Home with Oversized Pool

With its south-facing lanai, this tastefully-furnished private home located in prestigious Lely Resort makes it easy to soak up the warm Florida sun all day! It offers a comfortable, open floor plan and a spacious lanai which easily accommodates six guests. The master bedroom has a memory-foam king bed, private bath and walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms are furnished with another memory-foam king bed and twin beds. Bath towels and bed linens are replaced frequently so that guests will always feel special.

The secluded lanai boasts a 14’ x 28’ heated pool, Weber gas grill, and inviting patio furniture. This outdoor retreat is peacefully quiet and surrounded by dense landscaping for complete privacy. There is also a community pool and heated spa within a short walk. Four adult bicycles, tennis racquets, golf clubs, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas, a cooler, and plenty of sand and pool toys are also provided.

Golfers will be pleasantly surprised to be only a couple of minutes from the two championship golf courses at Lely Resort. The Flamingo Island course (designed by Robert Trent Jones) has been hailed as one of “America’s Best” by Golf Week Magazine. The Mustang course (designed by Lee Trevino) is over 7,100 yards long and has multiple tee boxes for golfers of all skill levels. The newly-remodeled Flamingo Island clubhouse features Sam Snead’s Restaurant with picturesque golf course views – one of the owner’s favorite dining spots.

Guests can also visit Eagle Lakes Community Park (immediately west of Lely Resort) which has paved bike paths, tennis courts, and nature trails. The new aquatic complex features a large heated pool, children’s activity pool, open and closed water slides, and a wading pool – definitely a fun spot for everyone!

Lely Resort has long been regarded as one of Florida’s premier vacation communities. It is centrally located between downtown Naples and Marco Island – both famous for their pristine beaches, exquisite shops, and many fine restaurants. Nearby attractions include Naples Municipal Pier, Fifth Avenue and Old Naples, Corkscrew Sanctuary, the Naples Zoo, Sun-n-Fun Lagoon, Naples Princess Boat Cruises, Tin City, Rookery Bay National Reserve, and Everglades National Park.
