I'm a mom to three boys and we love coming to Naples Florida to unwind and take in the magnificent Beaches and breathtaking sunsets. This place is truly magical. Strolling through downtown 5th Ave and indulging in the many shops and restaurants is one of our favorite things to do. This is a great place to make lasting memories.

Why they chose this property
We chose the Vanderbilt Beach area because of its proximity to the beach and recreation, as well as great dining and shopping - all things we appreciate when we travel. Located just 2 hours from Miami, we are close enough to enjoy quick getaways when the hustle and bustle gets overwhelming. It is a great place to relax and recharge!
What makes this property unique
We can't say enough about the location - North Naples is close to everything! One of my favorite aspects of our unit at Vanderbilt Villas is the fact that it is a top-floor unit in a solidly-constructed well-maintained building. No neighbors above and two elevators service this floor. The beach is a very walkable distance - a mere three-quarters of a mile. Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park has one of the finest beaches in the state and offers hiking paths and many water sport activities. Old Naples is a straight shot down Vanderbilt Blvd, Barefoot Beach is a short drive to the North. Golf, fine dining, cinemas, the Ritz, all nearby. So much to enjoy without the congestion of downtown.
