Escape and unwind in our newly remodeled 3 bedroom home!

Situated on a private corner fenced in lot, you can soak up the Naples sun in our heated pool that's surrounded by tropical and lush landscaping.

Our beach bungalow has three bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with a large slate shower. There is also outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after your beach adventure. Brand new, cozy furnishings, a beautiful modern kitchen with a large quartz island and deluxe appliances including new washer and dryer await you inside.

You are minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and night life! Whether your in the mood for fine dining, Mexican or a burger and fries, The Mercato can satisfy your tastes! 12 restaurants and one of the best Whole Foods around with a boutique bar and grille inside!

Great house in Naples

We really enjoyed our stay in Naples. The house had everything we needed and the location was great! The pool was lovely to have too. Stacey was a very responsive host, even on a holiday weekend. Only comment is that there was no sponge or dish soap there so we had to get that but otherwise all was great.

Relax in Naples

Cozy, quiet, and great location. Bike or walk to beach, and short walk to great Mexican restaurant and Whole Foods. Neighborhood is bike and pedestrian friendly. Naples Cyclery and fit cafe is short walking distance. If beach too busy - the private pool is great! Highly recommend.

Great location

Very clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the Mercato for dinners, right down the street. Short drive to the beach. Loved the heated pool. Small suggestions: Need privacy shades in the master bdrm& trim or tie up the cactus on the yard walkway. We enjoyed our month there and for the most part, Stacy was quick to respond to our concerns. Great place to stay:)

Family getaway

Home away from home with so many pleasant surprises. Wagons, beach chairs, beach toys, and towels. Neighborhood felt safe for my young family . House was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was heated and salt water. Such a treat

Nice home & pool

Overall this was a nice stay. The home is clean, renovated and comfortable. Could benefit from a new shower head but the water pressure was good and the pool was perfect temp and nice seating with the steps and water bench…also private with the fence and landscape. We used the pool every day! The grill is charcoal but was clean and had the items necessary to use it-though we bought a small camping grill and mini propane tank from Walmart for $50. Beds were comfortable and the living room was comfy for hanging out in the evenings-Xfinity and apps all available. No major concerns during our stay.

As advertised!

Everything about the home was as advertised! We really enjoyed the heated pool! The neighborhood was quiet but beach access was farther than we expected, about 2 miles or so! The beach around the area was very busy and parking difficult to come by! Make sure you get to the beach early morning by 10 or so or you won’t find a place to park! Host Stacey was very responsive to our questions! Not a lot of places to walk too! Overall we loved this home! One mattress on the bed was terrible and very uncomfortable to sleep on but other mattresses were good!

Great house and location. Few things to know before booking .

Wife and I spent Christmas 2024 at the house. Stacey (host) was very kind to place a Christmas tree and a gift to help us with the festive spirit! Overall the house is very nice. Lovely renovation. great kitchen, comfortable seating. Its also in a perfect location for parks, beach, shopping, restaurants etc. the things for renters to be aware of are 1) all beds are FULL SIZE (listing is incorrect). 2) If you plan to cycle then bring your own (listing states there are bikes. but again - these are unusable with flat tires, rusts etc).. ironically we chose this location based upon it having a queen bed and bikes.. but of course... we didnt let it effect our overall experience, and the house is well located and suited our needs.

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen im November in diesem schnuckeligen Häuschen in einer ruhigen Wohnlage in Naples Park. Besonders toll war der nicht einsehbare Garten mit tropischen Pflanzen und der Pool. Da leider durch den Hurrikan Ian der Strand nicht schön beziehungsweise es durch die Bauarbeiten ziemlich ungemütlich war, haben wir viel Zeit in unserem Garten verbracht und abends auch oft gegrillt. Das Häuschen ist gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war auch hervorragend. Sie ist sehr sympathisch und nett und hat auf Anfragen sofort reagiert. Wir können den Bungalow nur empfehlen!

Great location, close to everything. Clean, cozy cottage. I did not like the double beds, prefer queen or king. Newer pool needs grading around it. Overall nice property.

Lovely Bungalow

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the cleanliness. The neighborhood was nice as well as the people that live in it and the location was great. The backyard was perfect for our fur baby. We enjoyed the pool, and all of the shade that was offered when you got too hot (or sunburnt). Stacey was very communicative and quickly responded. She even had a bottle of wine waiting for us after a long 15 hour drive. The only downfall for us was the bed. We found it to be uncomfortable but it could be a personal preference too as we are used to sleeping on a foam mattress. I wouldn’t let that deter you though because as for any vacation, no bed is ever as great as your own. I highly recommend this vacation home and would definitely stay here again.
