Located on 500 block of Naples Park, with easy access to Mercato are with fine dining, shopping and entertainment. Pool is heated and gets sunshine all day (south facing.) Huge Lanai with plenty of seating. This home is set up for comfort and enjoyment with family and friends. 6' stucco wall enclosing pool and back yard provides privacy while soft lighting creates relaxing ambiance in the evening and 4 bikes are provided with house!! Beach chairs, umbrella, towels and coolers are available for your use.

This home has kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, remodeled bathrooms and large lanai next to pool.

Cook on the grill by the pool, then walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful sunsets at Vanderbilt Beach. At night you can walk or take a short drive to Naples newest 'hot spot' The Mercato. Night life, shops, movie cinemas, restaurants, book store, Whole Foods, Traders Joes, Publix and Walmart within 1 mile.

We decided to stay at this location for the first time, but we’ve stayed at another house with Dan as the owner. The house was exactly as advertised. The house is stocked very well with towels, pots/pans, dish soap, hand soap, dishes, silverware, etc! The house was very clean! We used the pool every day as that was our main focus. Very relaxing backyard space with the lanai and pool area. Another awesome stay with Dan!

Have enjoyed Naples Florida on each and every vacation. Can not say enough about this area and the people here. Our typical day includes walking or taking the bikes to the beach, lunch pool side, often biking to the supermarket for a prepared dinner and enjoying eating while the sunset sinks away on the beach. There is tennis, swimming, biking, golf, nightlife, tons of restaurants all within 5 minutes of the house. Let me know if there are any questions about the area.

There is so much to do in this area. Vanderbilt Beach and Bluebill beach access are both a 15-20 minute walk or jump on the bikes with backpack beach chairs. The beach is beautiful with many activities for everyone. Boating, fishing, golf, tennis, shopping, great dining, beautiful sunsets, shows, movies, parks, zoo, and more.
