True five star review. My family (parents with two kids) stayed here in October 2026 for a week. The location is prime, the 3 bedroom 3 bath layout was ideal, and the communication the entire time was borderline hospitality. We enjoyed the outdoor patio and all the shops and restaurants nearby. Will definitely stay here again.

The location is excellent, the condo is great.Two things I would like to see improved:The kitchen is not well stocked and the lighting in the condo is terrible. They should replace all the light bulbs with LED lighting.I will stay there again.

What an amazing location and accommodations. This huge condo has everything you need. Location is perfect as you are downtown, close to the shops and restaurants and only 1 block away from the free shuttle to get around town and to the ski area

This penthouse was fantastic. It was truly one of the best rentals I have ever stayed at. It is located right in downtown Steamboat Springs along the main street. There is a donut shop right next to the penthouse, which my kids loved. The property was spacious and very clean, and everything was in excellent condition. There was a fantastic patio, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather. We were here in the summer, so we weren't trying to ski or anything like that, but we did go to the mountain for mountain biking, and it was easy to get there (within about 5-10 min drive). I would love to return here.

Amazing place and location!

An amazing stay, located right in downtown Steamboat. We parked our car in the designated spot and didn't move it again all weekend because we were able to walk to the best bars, restaurants and shops in Steamboat!

Amazing Place

Amazing location!

This property is in an amazing location because it is right in the middle of Steamboat Springs. And the condo is beautiful and wonderfully appointed. We had a great time and the communication with the hosts was exceptional! We hope to stay at this property again.

The downtown location was ideal: 1 block from Yampa River, close to the trails on Emerald Mountain, easy access to the bus. And did I say the best donut shop is downstairs?

This was the perfect location and well-stocked condo!

We loved staying here. It was the perfect location in the heart of Steamboat Springs, with awesome views of the mountains. Everything about this property was top-notch. It seems like the owners thought of everything and spared no expense. The kitchen was a joy to cook in and had everything I needed to make several wonderful meals for the family. We loved staying here and will definitely want to come back!

Fantastic!

This place was great! Roomy, very clean and nice, and walkable to pretty much everything downtown! We hardly used the car all weekend. This is one of the best vacation rental experiences I've had, and I would definitely go back.

Our stay was wonderful. Great location! Beautiful condo. Our only complaint was the worn out mattress in the master suite. Needs an upgrade.
