The Veranda has unbeatable views of the stunning shoreline. Enjoy the view while relaxing on our private, covered balcony or while unwinding in the spacious living room. Our beachfront condo offers a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi and a washer/dryer.

Leave all of your worries behind and retreat to the stunning white beaches of the Emerald Coast. Veranda has unbeatable views of the Gulf of Mexico and its stunning shoreline. Take in the view while relaxing in the shade of your private, covered balcony or while unwinding in your spacious living room. Our condo rental offers all of the comforts of your own home, including a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi and a washer and dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a queen bed. A full bathroom can be found on the main level with direct access to the master. Upstairs in the loft, you will find a queen bed and a twin bed. Our Veranda vacation condo will comfortably sleep up to five people, making it an incredible choice for a group vacation with friends and family.

Wake up each day to the sound of waves gently falling against the shore, and let the sound lure you downstairs. Take just a few steps down the private beach boardwalk at Veranda in Fort Walton Beach and sink your feet in the sand.

Our condo is a small 9 unit, three story building that insures our beachfront does not get overcrowded, no waiting in line for the elevator, or lack of chairs at the pool. Furthermore...Okaloosa island restricts building heights to 75 feet, which means no towering high-rises that ruin the skyline.

Great grocery stores and shops are just across the Brooks Bridge or take a 8 minute drive to Destin. This ideal location has something for everyone: restaurants, shopping, boating, fishing and lots more!

Rest easy knowing our unit is thoroughly and professionally cleaned after each stay and that all bedding and linens have been professionally laundered. Our cleaning practices will be updated to reflect the guidelines set by Okaloosa County, the CDC, and AirBNB. Information on our cleaning procedures will be available in the condo for your viewing and we are happy to answer questions about cleaning upon request.

The Veranda

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was updated and clean. Convenient location to destin and other areas. Steps to the beach and everything outside is nice and clean also. Love theVeranda.

Amazing!!!!

The stay was absolutely amazing. I have stayed at a lot of places but this was the most amazing. The views were phenomenal and the condo was super clean and very well equipped with everything you need. The contact with the owners was extraordinary and super fast. I can’t say enough about our stay here. We will definitely be staying at the Veranda every time we stay at Fort Walton. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Very impressed with the cleanliness of the beach house and how stocked it was! Owners super responsive with messages sent out and even gave us surprise goodies. Location was beautiful, water very clear and weather perfect. Would recommend to friends and family, plan on returning!

This is our second home, not simply an investment property. We live in Nashville, but hope to one day spend more and more time on Okaloosa Island! Until then.. we hope you love our little getaway on the beach as much as we do. We became owners in August 2018. We rent and manage our little beachfront condo by ourselves. We do not own multiple properties, and do not use a property management company. We work very hard to maintain Premier Host status, and strive to provide each guest the best experience by making our home comfortable and functional.

Why they chose this property

We love Okaloosa Island because of it's beautiful, soft, white sand and beautiful emerald green waters. There are days that you cannot tell the difference between our beachfront and the Caribbean! Our beaches on Okaloosa island do not get overcrowded due to the restrictions our county puts on the size and height of commercial properties. Our condo building "The Veranda" only has 9 units, so our beachfront, parking, pool, and elevators are never overcrowded like the big hotels and resorts.

What makes this property unique

All the comforts of home, but with a beautiful oceanfront view of the gulf! Our 3rd floor view from the balcony offers the best view of the beach/ocean and sunsets! Fort Walton Beach does not have the crowds of Destin and Panama City, but is only 5 miles from the Destin bridge. So... our guests can enjoy the best of both worlds.
