If your idea of the best beach vacation can be described as a small, quaint space, away from the crowds, directly located on the Gulf of Mexico with amazing views, a private pool and quick access to the sugar white sand, then Veranda 103 is the place for you.

Veranda is a small, 9 unit condo complex. This is a beachfront condo with 1 bedroom, featuring a king size bed, hallway bunks and 1 full bath. You can enjoy the unobstructed view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from inside the condo as well as the patio. Both sunrises and sunsets are visible from the patio. There is a private beach access, with an uncrowded beach. Veranda has its own private pool.

The fishing pier and restaurants are within a short one mile walk down the beach. Stewby's, AJ's and Asiago's are located very close to the condo as well. Bucettis pizza is located right next door. Destin is a 7 mile drive. Destin-Fort Walton Airport is only 15 minutes from the condo.

You must be at least 25 years old to rent our condo. We require a copy of your photo ID for verification upon booking.

Please note that the condo will be stocked with starter supplies including one roll of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, 1 bath soap etc. Please make sure you are prepared to purchase or bring additional supplies as needed.

Gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Please remove trash from condo and place in dumpster located at corner of parking lot near the main Street.

Please make sure heat is set to 67 in winter and air set to 72 in summer upon check out.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Such a beautiful place, the pool and beach were perfect and we would definitely come back to stay at this location again. The view from the balcony is exactly as pictured. The pizza place next door was super convenient too!

Cutest ocean front property

The ocean views were spectacular! The apartment was decorated so cute and the beds were very comfortable. The hosts were attentive to detail and had thought of everything one might need on vacation. The community pool was heated and clean. There were some restaurants within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

We have spent many October break vacations on Okaloosa Island with family and friends. We found great comfort revisiting Florida's Emerald Coast year after year. We are beach people! We aim to turn our beach vacation experiences into an awesome beach vacation experience for you.

Why they chose this property

Veranda 103 Emerald Wave is located directly on the beach. It doesn't get any closer than this. So convenient to the private beach access and pool. A beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony or inside the condo itself. Watch the sea oats sway in the Gulf breeze as you sip your drink from the high top chairs on the patio. No need lugging lunch with you to the beach. It is an easy walk from the condo to the beach to accommodate any beach breaks you'll need.

What makes this property unique

We can't stress enough how this particular building is located so close to the beach. It really doesn't get any better than this. Just steps away from your toes in the sand or relax by the pool. This is also a small, 9 unit condominium, which makes for a more quaint, less congested vacation experience.
