enjoy the mountains and nature in our lynn valley home
Welcome to our private North Vancouver home, perfect for the outdoor enthusiast within walking distance of mountain trails, parks, and canyons, with a short drive to every North Shore attractions and Vancouver's lively downtown. The house has two queen beds, bathroom and office on the main floor. The lower level has an extra large bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom on the lower level. We have shared laundry with our coach house. There is a closed off laundry room so the coach house does not have access to the main house. Our backyard is flat and great for kids, the back yard and patios are for your personal use only. A coach house on the property is occupied but does not share the back yard or patio / deck.

About the host
Hosted by Kathy and Robert Darch
We are a local resident's born and raised in North Vancouver. Our family has two school aged children that love sports and the outdoors. We go mountain biking straight from our house to the trails. Skiing on Grouse Mountain is only a 10 minute drive away.
Why they chose this property
This house is close to everything and very spacious and quiet . Step in the front door and feel at home while exploring everything the North Shore has to offer . Explore the City only a 15 minute Sea Bus Ride from Lonsdale Quay .
What makes this property unique
Ample street parking and one spot in the carport. Our house has a large flat backyard with a patio. The upper deck has a dining table, seating area and a webber bbq. We live in a quiet family neighbourhood.
