This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Villa on the second floor with a built in private BBQ kitchenette on the lanai offers comfort, class and Hawaiian history in the beautiful art displayed inside the villa.With amazing views on the Resorts golf course and man made lake, your Hawaiian vacation will be exactly what you are looking for. New to the vacation rental industry and eager to share the experience of F23 at Waikoloa Beach Villas.

Waikoloa Beach Villas is located right across the street from Waikoloa Queen Shops and King Shops, you can't beat the location and resort living. The complex has two large size luxurious swimming pools with hot tubs and to top it off the waterfall feature that flows into the swimming pools. The fitness center in the complex is perfect for those early morning workouts with open doors and beautiful scenery. The grounds are beautifully landscaped, with open parking. F23 has a deeded parking stall which is not common in the complex.

The location is absolutely perfect. Queens. Market is across the street and you can get great food over there at Osland Gourmet Markets at a decent price. Parking was very accessible. The grounds are absolutely amazing. Amy was a joy to work with and beyond accomidating. The only issue is the carpets are super hard and the furniture does need some updating, but other than that. It's a great place to be. I would highly suggest to contact Amy and book it right away.!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very clean and we got everything we need. It is also a short drive to our favorite beach, Hapuna. And only 20mnts of a drive to our favorite little town, Waimea. Shopping center is walking distance, just across the street. We will stay here again when we return to the Big Island.

This property was perfect for our stay! It was clean and quite spacious and came equipped with everything we needed. The location is great, right next to the King and Queen's shopping centers, so you could walk to the store or to grab quick bite. Also just 10 or so minutes from the best beaches on the island. The unit had almost all of the beach necessities you need, except for a beach umbrella, so plan accordingly. The beautiful community pool is a big plus if you are traveling with kids!

Nice rental in a good area

Nice place to stay in the big island. The unit feels well updated. Very short walking distance to some shops, restaurants, and grocery store. Beaches nearby, too!

Great location

I live on Oahu with my family and flew up to the Big Island for a state high school track meet. Everything from check in to check out was smooth, aside from a little bump trying to get through the gates but once we figured out the code to get in the gates, we had no issues. The condo was clean, well stocked, and comfortable for our family. The little shopping area was an easy walk right down the street. The pool was relaxing.

Lovely Villa

This is a great place in a great location. Close enough walking to the beaches and shopping/restaurants. Lovely view of the lava field and golf course. Pool in the complex. We had a great time.

The property manager was excellent. The property was clean and well-stocked. The only issues with this property, as mentioned in other reviews, are the living room furniture is so worn out and uncomfortable (both the couch & chair). The other issue is the rug under the coffee table and dining room table. They are so hard and uncomfortable to walk on. If these two issues were fixed, this rental would be perfect!

Wonderful Place to stay!

This condo was perfect for our family. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of towels and beach supplies. The condo had a beautiful pool and hot tub, the gym was also nice as well! We would definitely stay here again!
