Lovely host and lovely stay

Agnes is a wonderful host. Days before arriving she took the time to contact me about my booking just for confirmation. She even provided me with public transport details on how to reach the property. Once we arrived Agnes showed us around the apartment making us feel very welcome. She made sure that we can reach out to her for anything. The property was very clean and all amenities were provided. Check in was easy and simple as you just need to sign documents. The pictures shown on vrbo were accurate and from our apartment you have views of the beach and swimming pool. We used the Tram a lot which is only a 3-4 min walk from the property. If in the future I do visit alicante, I will sure stay here again. Thank you for the lovely experience.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Kinder waren begeistert vom Pool. Der Strand beim Haus ist sehr schön. Es gibt in direkter Nähe einige gute Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die Haltes telle für die Tram - ins Zentrum von Alicante sind es 4 Haltestellen. Wir konnten unseren Urlaub in Albufereta sehr genießen.

Es war ein schöner kurz Urlaub in einer Wohnung mit traumhaft schönen Blick.

Die Vermieterin Agnes war sehr nett und freundlich und hat uns bei Einreise alles erklärt und war immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Beste Grüße Barbara

Gelungener Urlaub

Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Die Wohnung war, wie beschrieben, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung gezeigt sowie Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage der Wohnung in der 11. Etage gibt einen schönen Blick bis ins Zentrum von Alicante. Fußläufig ist es schon eine ordentliche Strecke, wenn man aber einigermaßen fit ist, kein Problem. Ansonsten fährt direkt hinterm Haus die Bahn, mit der man schnell und unkompliziert ins Zentrum kommt. Auch in die andere Richtung bis Benidorm bspw. kann man gut die Bahn nutzen. Unseren Mietwagen hätten wir uns dieses Mal sparen können. In der Nebenstraße gibt es ein paar kleine Kneipen, wo man gut etwas essen kann.

Bonito apartamento en la Albufereta

El apartamento está perfecto, es tal y como lo muestran las fotos. Las vistas al mar son preciosas, está muy bien equipado, muy limpio, es muy luminoso y la piscina de la urbanización es estupenda. Las camas son muy cómodas y su ubicación es muy buena: acceso directo a la playa, a 15 minutos a pie de zona de bares y comercios y muy bien comunicado por transporte público con Alicante capital. Agnès, la anfitriona de 10, muy atenta y amable, pendiente en todo momento de nuestra llegada, disponible y cercana. Gracias por todo Agnès.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ist mit Liebe eingerichtet. Alles ist zweckmässig, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Aussicht aus dem 11. Stock ist ein Erlebnis. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnete Lage. Es hat ein eigener Parkplatz in einem geschlossenen Gelände. Es gibt eine Liftverbindung vom Parkplatz aus. Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sogar zu Fuss erreichbar. Restaurants und der Strand sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Strand kann über einen Durchgang unter der Strasse gefahrlos erreicht werden. Die Gastgeber sind äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen. Sie standen mir auch in der Not beiseite - Danke noch einmal! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Achterstalling onderhoud en slechte buurt.

Oud en slecht onderhouden accommodatie. douche 60x60 cm, badkamer bleef stinken naar riool. Bij harde wind vielen brokstukjes van boenetage op ons raam. Weinig keuken gerei, 2e slaapkamer viel bed elkaar. Buurt is oude glorie, veel graffiti, etc. Strand armoedig en ander genomd strand niet meer dan een moddervlakte.

I always receive any constructive criticism to improve the comfort of my tenants, but in this case, I think that the city of Alicante, the Albufereta district and the apartment have not met your requirements and expectations for your first holidays in Spain. I want to point out that so far I have the rating of 4.9 out of 5 and I am superhost, which contrasts with the only bad rating and negative comment that you have just given and which casts doubt on years of work. To your criticisms that there are not enough restaurant terraces or entertainment for you in November or that the beach is not in good condition, I will answer you that this beach has "la bandera azul" which corresponds to quality criteria and that the second beach (Playa Almadraba) was a recommendation to walk with your dog (they are normally prohibited on the beaches) and that if you want more entertainment come in the spring or in summer and not in low season. Regarding the apartment itself, I tried to respond to your requests and resolve your criticisms (netflix on the tv, addition of bed linen and reconfiguration of the router following mishandling). The 2nd bedroom, you didn't even use it and you criticize a bed that moved. As I accept criticisms that make sense, we have taken the necessary steps to ensure that the bed no longer moves and the condominium has made the repairs following the strong storm during your stay, reaching a yellow alert due to winds in Alicante. I am sorry that your experience was not pleasant because our best reward is the satisfaction of our customers.

Très bon séjour

On a passé un super séjour, la résidence est très agréable et très bien pensé pour les familles avec enfants. La piscine est super et l'accès à la plage en moins de 5 min est très pratique. La plage Albuferera à côté de l'appartement n'est pas la plus belle plage d'Alicante mais agréable quand même.

Cet appartement est bien localisé, propre, bien équipé, confortable.... un chez soi loin de chez soi ! Nous avons été accueilli par Madame Brazier comme ses invités. Une visite à refaire !
