Our apartment is located in front of the Albufereta beach, about 4 kilometers from the center of Alicante.
Perfect if you are looking for the beach and the cultural and gastronomic offer of Alicante and its surroundings!
The apartment is located in a beachfront residence with a swimming pool and parking. It is located on the 11th floor with 2 elevators offering a panoramic view of the sea from the living room.
The apartment consists of a living room with a glazed terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and 2 double bedrooms. The apartment is for 4 guests maximum.
Among the equipment, we can mention the television with Spanish and French DTT, hair dryer, duvets, fans in summer, washing machine (washing products are not provided) and a shopping cart for our guests who have to shop without a car.
It is a cozy apartment with a good location near the beach, the center of Alicante, with many shops and restaurants nearby, with public transport Tram and buses (Tram stop La Isleta and bus stop La Condomina) and possibilities for activities (you can find a golf course, a tennis club, paddle surf rental and kayaking in summer). It is located 15 km from the airport, 6 km from the train station and 5.5 km from the bus station.
The urbanization offers guests a closed parking with an unnumbered space, a playground, a swimming pool with a lifeguard in the summer months, a sports court and a bar - cafeteria in summer. The pool is open all year round.
On the day of arrival, we will be at the apartment to welcome you in person, give you the keys, explain how the apartment works and answer your questions.
Electricity consumption is not included from December to March included and with monthly rates.
For stays equal to or less than 10 days, it will be considered Tourist Accommodation – Tourist Contract (According to Law Decree 9/2024, August 2 and Law 15/2018, June 7 of the Consell GVA).
For stays longer than 10 days, it will be considered a seasonal rental – Seasonal Contract (According to Law 29/1994, of November 24, LAU, Art. 3 and Royal Decree 1312/2024, December 23).
Please note that, according to local regulations, for any rental, a tourist or seasonal rental contract will be established to sign upon arrival.
For legal reasons, we need the identification data of all travelers. The data will be requested a few days before arrival.
