About this property

She's a Brick House - Norris Lake & the Mountains

She's A Brick House is a wonderful place for family fun.. Few locations on Norris Lake are in as close proximity to both the lake, the mountains, and the LaFollette/Jacksboro retail, restaurant, medical, and business district as we are. Across the street from Indian River Marina, we are 2 miles from town. This is a quiet and very comfortable house nestled up next to Koi ponds, 100 yards from IRM and the lake, and 20 minutes to fantastic ATV trails.

If you need a great place to stay in this area; this is it. Read our reviews.
Three queen bedrooms, two bathrooms, large living room with day bed, fully supplied kitchen (blender, microwave, gas stove), gas grill, gas fireplace for cool weather use, laundry room, large front porch and large back porch with tables and chairs, beautiful Koi fish ponds and viewing decks (no swimming allowed), four televisions with cable (one in the living room and one in each bedroom), wireless internet, four car parking with trailer parking available as needed, large front yard looking down to Norris Lake, two miles from the Lafollette/Jacksboro business/retail district, and seven miles from Interstate 75. The property address is 117 Boshears Trail, but GPS maps sometimes show it as 117 Shoshone Trail. They are one and the same. It's easy to find. Gray brick with black shutters. Circular blacktop driveway up to the house.

Coming for the Lake
We are a three-minute walk to Indian River Marina where a new store and restaurant have just opened in 2020. Live entertainment through the summer season, great food and beverages, and a nice, friendly, atmosphere. Pontoon boat rental available, or for boat owners who can reserve a boat slip or tie up a spot on the walkway as available. Norris Lake has 850 miles of shoreline and 25 marinas to visit. Our side of the lake is much more peaceful than most other parts. We are located within a few miles from most everything happening in rural Campbell County.

Coming for the Mountains
The middle of nowhere is not far from us. Remote mountain areas and trails abound nearby for four-wheeling, seasonal hunting, rock climbing, mountain climbing, and riding/hiking trails. The Cumberland Mountains, Ride Royal Blue, Big South Fork, and the Chuck Swan, Cove Lake, and Sundquist Wildlife Management Areas are easily accessed from our place.

Better than a hotel
For those just visiting the area to look at property, attend a family reunion, see relatives for the holidays, conduct business, see the fall colors, or for whatever reason you come to the LaFollette/Jacksboro/Norris Lake area our accommodations should meet your needs.

We have 3 - one bedroom one bath units that we rent, so if this one isn't available or you have a large party, ask about the others.
