Pictures tell the story well! My boys were sad there were no fishy nibbles, but enjoyed the time on the water. It was a nice amount of space for the four of us. The view was gorgeous, and Oksana was responsive with any questions/concerns.Being able to bring our dog was a big plus, and he enjoyed the weekend as well!
This is a delightful vintage cabin with quirky architectural detail reflective of its history. Truly Pet friendly with grassy areas as well as woods for sniffing. There was even a small pen off the back porch suitable for smaller dogs. A very short walk through the woods and across an infrequently traveled road leads to the water. Minuscule rocky beach, but the deck was sturdy with chairs. the dogs loved it. The host was easy to contact through the app and replied promptly. Would strongly recommend this place.
The cottage was as advertised , dog friendly too .The driveway was a challenge with a 23 foot boat. The weather was terrible. It started raining as soon as we got there. The next day forecast was rain so I wound up just hooking onto my boat and going back to Ohio.We were only there one night , so depressing . All due to the weather . Had been looking forward to this trip for months . Nice place and dog friendly , just tight driveway to back a boat into . Would be better off to rent a slip and not park boat in the drive .
I can’t say enough about this warm, Cozy, lakefront cottage. It brought me to the lakefront memories from my childhood. Lots of good energy flowing from this place! We can’t wait to come back and make more memories!

Thank you so much! We really appreciate how well you cared for our cabin. It was a pleasure hosting you, and you’re welcome back anytime!
This is the second time I've stayed here. I love it.Its a rustic type of cottage but it's great. We sat in the rocking chairs on the porch like old school locals. We brought our boat over from Powell Valley Marina and had great weather. Easy walk to the dock.
We really enjoyed the cabin! Great location! Really glad to have a dock for our boat! It was easy to touch base with our host, Oksana. She was very helpful and prompt. Beautiful lake!! The cabin was just as described...older with lots of history yet quite comfortable! So glad we found a house we could bring our dog! She's a lab and many places dont allow an 80 lb. dog. Only thing i would say is the parking was pretty tight with our boat trailer. Thanks for a well kept cabin and all the amenities!Norris lake is amazing! We'll be back!Holly
