About this property

Beautiful 18th century farmhouse, recently renovated, with covered swimming pool

The house of Baudron is a beautiful 18th century farmhouse recently renovated, facing south and overlooking a beautiful valley at the top of which you can enjoy the diversity and warm colors of the Angevin grove. Surrounded by vast green spaces and trees, this large cottage has a nice orchard with local varieties of apples, pears, mirabelle plums and peaches, and a nice pool of water (surrounded by a fence) on which you can fish leisurely. The house has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 15 people. The outdoor pool (9x4m), facing south, is completely private and secure. It can be heated on demand and is open seasonally.

Practical arrangements:
A deposit of 1000 € for the rental and a deposit of 150 € for cleaning / selective sorting will be requested at the entrance of the premises, checks not cashed without reason.
Options: Cleaning (150 €), Sheets, Towels, Central Heating and Pool (9X5m pool open in season)
