To further respect the environment, the owners are converting the existing swimming pool into a natural filtration system during the winter of 2026/2027.
The house features spacious rooms, a collection of leather armchairs, 5 bedrooms, 7 beds, 2 bathrooms/shower rooms, and a living room with a wood-burning stove. Located 11 km from Château-Gontier, renowned for its gardens, historic center, marina (boat, bicycle, and paddleboard rentals), and the Refuge de l'Arche wildlife sanctuary. Laval is 30 km away.
