Beautiful, completely renovated, third-floor beachfront condo, with all modern amenities. The stylish contemporary design of the interior decor is warm and inviting. The living room takes advantage of the natural light with gorgeous views of the ocean from the living room and kitchen.
A new, fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up your favorite gourmet meals on the flat top cooktop. The modern appliances are stainless steel, and the countertops are solid stone.
Both bedrooms offer a cozy, sophisticated decor with a warm beach theme and soft earth tone colors.
The master bedroom features a king bed with two bedside tables and lamps. A stylish wooden bench sits at the foot of the bed.
The second bedroom features a queen bed with matching bedside tables with lamps and a flat-screen TV.
The modern bathroom features updated sinks, cabinets, and a walk-in shower with tile and glass.
The balcony off of the living room has two cozy sectional sofas and views that look right out over the beach. You'll enjoy the mild Pacific breeze and watching the sunsets while you enjoy your favorite local Santa Barbara wine or your favorite beverage.
