Beautiful Oceanfront Home with Jacuzzi

Padaro Sands is a beautiful beach home located on the sandy beach next to Padaro Lane. The home is located inside a gated community shared with two other properties.

The 2 bedroom/3 bath gated house offers great ocean, coastal, and mountain views. It has a wonderful upper deck and lower deck for entertaining, grilling, and watching sunsets and dolphins passing by! Lights under the deck shine out onto the sand and the surf to illuminate the beach at night. Your private stairs lead down onto the beach and to the water.

The living and dining rooms are well designed to enjoy plenty of space for relaxing and dining while offering commanding views of the Pacific Ocean. The living area is colorful and comfortable and is equipped with a Flatscreen TV, Blue Ray/DVD, Sonos Sound System, and a gas fireplace.

The gourmet kitchen has all Viking and Bosch appliances, granite countertops, and a skylight to add lots of natural light. It is fully equipped for easy family meals. The house eludes a casual coastal lifestyle and is perfect for small families who enjoy luxury on the sand or a romantic getaway for that special occasion. We supply games, videos, sand toys, 2 beach chairs, and two patio tables with umbrellas! Just pack your suitcase and be among one of our repeat guests. Enjoy a beautiful outdoor Hot Tub overlooking the Pacific Ocean! SO ENJOYABLE

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, a workstation that overlooks the ocean, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and a shower.

The Guest bedroom has a new queen bed, flat-screen TV, and a bath with a Jacuzzi tub and shower.

Great weekend getaway

The location was superb. We always had access to the beach even at high tide. The hot tub was so relaxing. The train horned about twice a day, but it did not seem very disruptive. The furnishings were comfortable and the beds were great. We would recommend it to a friend or stay here again.

Love the beach!

Great little house for enjoying 24/7 ocean view and immediate access to the beach. We enjoyed the view, the sounds of the waves and weren't disturbed much by the freeway or nearby train tracks. Overall great vacation!

Wonderful home on the sand with the ocean as your backyard with a jacuzzi. Very nicely furnished with everything that you need. Relaxing and calming to get away from it all! We loved everything about this home and plan to return. Perfect Zen time :)

Great location right on the beach

We enjoyed our second visit to Padaro Sands and liked being right on the beach. The sounds of the ocean were very relaxing and the sunsets and sunrises beautiful. Nice layout of the house and we could see the ocean from the kitchen. Enjoyed going to Padaro Beach Grill for burgers/tacos/shakes nearby. We plan to come again.

House on the beach

Property was beautiful…unfortunately the hot tub was not cleaned properly. It had some sand and tar inside. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful house and view

This house is right on the beach and we loved everything about it. The Jacuzzi and the rest of the house were very clean. We enjoyed seeing dolphins and the stars at night. Kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely return as this house is closer to the ocean than the last house on Padaro Lane we stayed at.

Beautiful Beach Property

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It's small (two bedrooms), but for my wife and I it was perfect. It's finished out nicely and you can't beat the view. You should be aware that the beach at Santa Barbara has tiny tar balls. The property management company provides towelettes that make it easy to remove them. We would definitely stay here again.

Still our favorite!

Carpets in the rooms and the sofa appear dated with many stains (kind of gross to be honest) but you can’t beat the location and privacy. We are former Carp residents and we love this beach house. This was our 2nd visit. I would definitely recommend it.
