Quiet house facing the sea

The house is located facing the sea in a holiday residence and near the village of Piriac de mer (500 m). You can leave the car in the parking space included with the house and do everything on foot. The equipment of the house includes: dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster ... There is also a washing machine in a laundry room where you can store 2 bikes. The terrace is located at the back of the house, there is a awning and a garden furniture. The terrace has a direct view of the sea and access to the customs road and the coast (20 m) with no road to cross. the coast is made up of small cliffs and beaches.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, TV and DVD player. The 2 bedrooms located upstairs are equipped with a double bed and there is a WC on each floor. There are also for babies: 1 bed, 1 bath and a chair.
Piriac sur mer is classified as a small town with character. Built with old stone houses, the heart of the village is very charming and leads to the port with crêperies, restaurants and cafes. There are 3 markets per week in summer, a minimarket and many shops.
There are many sites to visit near Piriac:
 - Guérande fortified town of character with the whole area of salt tides.
- Le Croisic, another very typical village on the coast
 - La Baule and its huge beach
 - La Grande Brière marsh area that you can visit by boat with its traditional thatched houses
 - 1 hour drive, the Gulf of Morbihan to the west and the city of Nantes to the east.
You can also fish for shellfish (oysters, mussels, clams ...) on the rocks directly in front of the house
