Vacances entres amis / famille

Maison très sympa à quelques pas de la plage et des commerces. Parfaite pour 2 familles de 4 personnes et bien équipée. Jardin agréable et gérante (Judith) très disponible. Un peu de bruit la nuit, mais normal en centre ville. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Pause vivifiante à Piriac sur mer.

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances dans cette coquette maison familiale, récemment rénovée. Elle est située en plein centre ville, près du marché, du port de plaisance, d'une des plages surveillées. Elle bénéficie pourtant d'un environnement calme et sécure. Les équipements sont neufs et de qualité. La grande baie vitrée du salon-salle à manger ouvre sur une terrasse en bois et un joli jardin. Quelques suggestions, puisque vous en demandez: - Améliorer la douche du premier étage. - Des sommiers plus hauts dans la chambre du bas. - Une armoire fermėe. - Et...une petite poêle. Très bonnes vacances !

Maison très bien agencée et très bien située au cœur d’un ancien village breton. Un grand jardin et une terrasse accueillante. La plage à 100m et des commerces de proximité, ce qui dispense de prendre la voiture !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour avec mes parents et des amis. Maison très bien située, en plein centre de Piriac, tout à fait conforme à la description. Très claire, bien agencée, elle convient parfaitement pour une famille avec enfants. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir bénéficier d’un lit bébé et d’une chaise haute. Propriétaires très agréables et réactifs. Nous recommandons.

Nice place to stay in great location

Property very good, pleasant welcome from hosts. Everything we needed was available and the property was clean and comfortable. Private well equipped garden. About 3 minutes walk to a beach, 3-6 minutes walk to bars, shops and restaurants. Piriac nice small place - beginning to close for the winter but that was expected.

Excellent location close to town centre and beach.

A well equipped house with a good sized garden; only a few minutes from shops, the market and restaurants. The coast with good walking and beaches is a few hundred yards away. The house was clean and tidy, the owners were very helpful. The only negative was the size of the shower cubicle on the first floor as it was small and rather awkward to use. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay in this lovely town.

Wonderful Week's Vacation

Just completed 1 week stay in Piriac. Fantastic Property was everything we wanted and expected. Vincent & Maryvonne replied promptly to all questions during booking process, met us on arrival as promised and again to hand back. Great location in centre of town, easy walking to all shops, bars, restaurants and beach. Plenty of space (4 large bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 shower Wc, 1 WC) in well provisioned house with everything we required for self catering. Very clean on arrival and all set up ready for us. Full handover of where everything was. We made great use of the deck area for afternoon / evening sitting, BBQ etc. We prevailed upon bar, restaurant, bakery (daily - great Croissant Amandes), butchers, market (Wed & Sat), supermarket. Everything walking distance. We can see that in late May Piriac was not a busy as it will be in high season when it may become very busy. Lots of great places to visit out with car for day trips to great beaches, interesting towns, tourist attractions etc. Everyday we also enjoyed walking around the town or along the well marked coastal walks. La location a répondu à toutes nos attentes et est en tout point conforme à l’annonce. Mme Rio a été aux petits soins pour nous..Que du bonheur... Idéalement située entre plage et commerces rien ne manque pas même le soleil qui était au rendez-vous.
