Mariposa | Spectacular Oceanview Villa

Located in the prestigious Ocean Point community of Providenciales, Villa Mariposa offers a spectacular panoramic view of the island’s south shore. This villa features a large patio and fresh water swimming pool. Below the house, the dock holds sun loungers and (2) kayaks and is the perfect spot to wave down passing fisherman for the catch of the day!

Inside Mariposa guests will find terra cotta floors and a 25 foot cathedral ceiling with fans. The villa has three bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom and air-conditioning unit.

The villa's kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and microwave, and refrigerator with an ice maker. Mariposa also offers (2) large flat panel TV, DVD player, and a portable sound system.

Taylor Bay Beach is just a short stroll from the villa's private driveway. This beautiful beach has soft, sugary-white sand. The ocean water here is calm making it an ideal spot for families.

Loved Villa Mariposa

We had an amazing time. Beautiful house, and even more beautiful location. The view is stunning. Only a 2-minute walk to Taylor Bay beach, which we thought is the best beach on the island. The house is definitely more remote than we thought - 20-25 min drive to Grace Bay resorts and restaurants. But it is surrounded by beautiful properties and we felt very safe the whole time. Adjacent to Chalk Sound, which is an amazing place to kayak and explore. Check-in process was easy. House is very clean, and kitchen had everything we needed. Worth staying in a house like this rather than spending way more at a resort!

Beautiful property!

Absolutely gorgeous place! It was perfect for three couples. The views are spectacular! The intermittent water supply was a bit challenging in the mornings but wasn’t off for too long most of the time! Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Beautiful and Peaceful

Beautiful property. Terrific view of the sea. Accommodations were great! Everything we needed or wanted was provided including mosquito repellent, pool floats, and beach chairs! Two beaches within walking distance. Only get charged for running AC UNIT over the allotment. Most nights were extremely pleasant sleeping in the cool breeze. Intermittent water pressure issues. There is a litter of cats that hang around the property which will beg for food.

Fantastic holiday getaway!

This property was amazing! The mix of pool, deck with kayaks, and a three minute walk to the beach was fantastic. We even kayaked to the beach a few times. Christine (property manager) was extremely helpful with any questions we had. It was an easy 25 minute drive to the Grace Bay Area. We definitely recommend staying here!

Fantastic stay!!!

We truly enjoyed everything about the Villa! Everything in the ad was accurate and then some. It looks like the outdoor furniture was recently replaced and the pool deck looks brand new. The sea life you can see from the pier is awesome! We saw many fish, turtles, sting rays and even an octopus! Christine, the Manager, was awesome! Anything we needed, she made sure we were taken care of. It was very easy to get in touch with with her. Should we ever find our way back to Turks and Caicos/Providenciales, we will definitely try to come back to this location. The views from the large sliding glass doors are awesome!
