This large private villa, in the Provençal style, is located on a large plot of olive, pine and oak trees including a large gated swimming pool, in an isolated and quiet area.

A haven of peace among the cicadas that will delight lovers of Provence.

It can comfortably accommodate a family of 7 adults and 2 children in 3 master suites and 2 bedrooms which have air conditioning.

You'll have a very relaxing time there.

The house is fully equipped, Wifi, bbq, ping-pong table, high chair, baby cot, board games, toys.

The charming medieval village of Callian can be reached in 25 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by car. Restaurants, grocery store, bakery in the village.

Honestly it was perfect!!lovely and quiet.Perfect location ! For walks and watersports just own the road. And even tho its a small town it has everything you'll need.

We spent a wonderful family vacation in this accommodation and felt completely at home. The photos are 100% accurate and provide a perfect representation of the property. The house is located in a peaceful area in the hills of Callian, with neighbors in the distance, ensuring wonderful privacy.We particularly enjoyed the spacious terrace, which offers a beautiful view of an olive tree and the pool – the perfect place to start or end the day. The house is large and provided plenty of space for our family of ten.The furnishings are functional and somewhat dated, as is evident in the pictures. However, everything was very clean, and we always felt comfortable. We would especially like to highlight the easy and friendly communication with the host. Although we arrived later than expected due to heavy traffic and were unable to meet the host in person, everything was well organized. A key box and detailed instructions both on-site and via email made the check-in process seamless.The only downside was that only two of the bedrooms had air conditioning. The other bedrooms had fans, which unfortunately offered little relief from the summer heat. While this was a small inconvenience, it didn’t detract from our otherwise wonderful stay.Overall, we highly recommend this property and are already looking forward to our next visit!

Très bonne semaine pour nous, été 2026. Maison de style ancien, aménagée avec charme. Belle piscine bien entretenue. Maison idéale pour 2 ou 3 couples avec quelques enfants. Équipements corrects et en quantité suffisante. S il devait y avoir un petit bémol : un ou deux matelas moins confortables, heureusement pour les enfants....Cela mérite tout de même 5 étoiles. A recommander !

Cette maison de famille au caractère marqué et au calme est très agréable! La décoration m’a ramené chez mes grands-parents quarante ans en arrière: Le même style, des papiers peints, meubles et bibelots similaires. J’ai adoré. La grande piscine et la climatisation installée dans les chambres ont rendu notre séjour confortable. Le village est charmant et animé de plus de restaurants et bars qu’il n’y paraît au premier abord. Je n’ai pas tenté la remontée sportive à pieds du dit village mais mon mari et fils oui…. La zone artisanale et les supermarchés à coté est un atout. Nous avons découvert avec grand plaisir cette région qui grouille d’activités. Merci

Grande maison au calme

Un vrai havre de paix. Maison idéale pour 3 couples avec 3/4 enfants. Terrasse et piscine très agréables. Seul petit bémol : quelques articles de vaisselle etc. en quantité insuffisante, que je signalerai directement à la propriétaire afin qu'elle puisse faire le nécessaire.

Un très beau séjour à Callian!!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette villa spacieuse, agréable, propre, très confortable et très bien équipée! Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Françoise. De gentilles attentions (qui font du bien après un long voyage en voiture) nous attendaient sur la table et dans le frigo... Nous avons bien profité de la piscine. Je recommande cet endroit très calme et très bien situé. Merci Valérie!
