Beautiful spacious and bright apartment recently refurbished duplex of 50 m2 in the residence Armazan (Pla d'Adet 1700m altitude, foot of the slopes) on the top floor with balcony (5th from the slopes, 8th from the valley). Residence with panoramic lift, located 50 m from the ski school and ski departures. Ideal family with children. Beautiful view from the balcony over the valley and the resort!

    Appartement très bien entretenu, bien équipé avec tout le nécessaire pour se sentir "comme à la maison" et à proximité immédiate des pistes. Je conseille de faire les courses pour la semaine "en bas" au petit carrefour de Bourisp et de faire les ajustements éventuels dans les commerces du pla d'Adet.

    Appartement très agréable mais un peu loin des commerces de 1ère nécessité

    L'appartement est très propre avec une déco soigné et récente. Il est très bien équipé ; seul bémol (et pas des moindres) il ne possède pas de lave-linge. Malgré tout, la grande copropriété dispose de 3 lave-linges à disposition de l'ensemble des occupants, mais à 5€ la lessive (+ 3,5 le sèche linge), avoir du linge propre devient punitif. Enfin, le Pla d'Adet, perché à 1700m d'altitude offre de beaux panoramas et permet un accès direct aux pistes l'hiver ; mais y séjourner l'été devient beaucoup moins justifié : démuni de commerce, le Pla d'Adet est situé à 12km des commerces de premières nécessités (St Lary Soulan) et ne propose que très (trop) peu de chemin de randonnées. Cependant, la proximité du col du Portet permet un accès au GR10 : magnifique !

    Superbe appartement avec vue magnifique

    Très joli appartement refait à neuf et décoré avec goût. Situé au dernier étage avec ascenseur panoramique, le balcon permet de profiter au mieux de la magnifique vue sur les montagnes. Au niveau équipement, vous trouverez tout ce que vous aurez besoin pour votre séjour avec quelques plus comme des BD, jeux de sociétés et dessins animés... Merci donc aux propriétaires. En bref, location idéale en été comme en hiver !

    Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans l appartement de Mathieu et Aude. Décoré avec beaucoup de goût, avec une vue imprenable sur les Pyrénées. Seuls petits bémols: L immeuble un peu vieillot et le lit de la chambre parentale qui est très mou. A part cela, tout était parfait
