Appartement sale, propriétaire absent

Malgré une résidence agréable et bien située, ce logement a été une grosse déception. L'appartement était dans un état de saleté inacceptable à notre arrivée (poubelle dégoûtantes avec restes de nourriture, toilettes sales, literie douteuse, store de velux cassé dans la chambre principale). Le hammam était hors service, et les machines à laver/sèche-linge annoncées sont en réalité payantes et étaient en panne plusieurs jours.Le propriétaire n’a jamais répondu à nos messages, avant, pendant ou après le séjour. Aucun suivi, aucun effort pour améliorer les choses. Heureusement, l’agence locale qui gère l’arrivée et le départ a été disponible et professionnelle.En l’état, je déconseille fortement cette location et ce propriétaire. Dommage.

Herbergement conforme à l annonce. Appartement très bien situé, propre et pratique. Petite remarque pour améliorer l expérience les couettes et drap housse mériteraient d être changé

Agréable et bien situé

Le logement est spacieux et agréable pour 8 personnes, petit plus avec l'espace piscine sauna hamam dans la résidence. Au cœur de la ville de St Lary, très bien situé nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Logement très agréable fonctionnel et propre

Nous avons passé un excellent séjours dans ce logement lumineux, spacieux et chaleureux. Il est proche du centre et le quartier étais calme, idéal pour ce reposer la nuit après une belle randonnée. Le personnels est avenants et sympathique. Ravie de notre séjour.

Appartement très agréable

Cet appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très agréable. Il est situé dans le centre de St lary soulan, avec toutes les commodités à proximité et ça c est vraiment top. Pour les couchages pas de souci particulier, à part le grand lit avec 2 petits matelas, ce qui n est pas très agréable.. mais au niveau confort de couchage, sincèrement rien à redire. Une agence située en face gère votre arrivée et votre départ. La région est magnifique. Nous reviendrons sans hésitez dans cette ville et dans l appartement. Attention si vous avez un coffre de toit vous ne pourrez pas descendre dans le garage, à l entrée il y a une barre rouge fixee au plafond et la hauteur est assez basse. Et dernier point si vous craignez d être réveillé par la lumière, prévoyez des masques de nuits parce que seul la chambre du bas est équipé de volets..en haut, il y a un puit de lumière, un velux dont le rideaux ne ferme pas complètement et une fenetre avec un rideau occultant mais qui n occulte pas beaucoup...ce sont les seul points négatifs qui doivent pouvoir être résolu par des petits travaux de bricolage... Bonnes vacances

Nous avons apprécié notre sejour dans l'appartement de Christophe, spacieux et tres bien situé proche du centre de St lary.

Au top sauf = équipements résidence fermés et literie à remplacer

Résidence agréable quoique en perte de qualité par rapport à avant (propreté, entretien...). Sauna hammam piscine non fonctionnels ce qui enleve clairement en gamme (nous avions réservé cet appartement, à ce prix, aussi pour ces équipements). Appartement très agréable, il serait irréprochable si le fauteuil n'était pas "cassé" et la Literie très peu confortable (ressorts saillants sauf une chambre) Équipement au top sauf l'aspirateur qui risque de rayer le parquet.
