Great location, slightly expensive for the accommodations…paying for location and community amenities. Pest control entered with no notice, found us in the shower..concerning…vacation rental company not a plus for this condo owner. Overall, great week at the beach!!

Amazing location steps from the beach. Lots of restaurants. Will definitely be back to the 30A area.
The unit itself was less than desired. Plumbing was very backed up. The guest tub was clogged. Which was fixed quickly (thank you) but the toilets had to be plunged after every use.
Unit in need of cosmetic maintenance as well as a deep clean But for being walking distance to the beach and the price on short notice, it got the job done.

We checked out early
This place needs MAJOR maintenance. I will try to upload photos and video but ice maker broken, washer makes terrible noises, tub is stained, sink was clogged, air conditioner slow to respond and air vents dirty and rusty. Property management company responded to me the first time, but then started ignoring me. They sent a person to unclog the sink, but didn’t call me to give me a heads up. This creeped me out because I had three teenage daughters with me.
We ended up checking out a day early and have yet to hear if I’ll be refunded for that night. :(

We picked this location because we had previously stayed in the same complex and loved how easy it is to get to the beach. It is also right above the Seacrest Beach shops & restaurants and a short walk from the Rosemary Beach shops & restaurants. The unit had plenty of space for our family of 3, a TV in each room, a glimpse of the ocean from the balcony, and you could sit out and listen to live music from below. Street noise was never an issue.
We loved the location, but would give the property management and cleaning a 0 if it were an option. I tried to contact them by email prior to leaving and only received an automated response about high email volume.
When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was sand still all over the floor. In today's environment one would expect extra attention to detail be given to cleaning. That does not appear to be the case with this company. The second bath tub also needs much attention, and one day we came back to find a roach in it. A text message to the property management upon arrival to notify them of the cleaning issue resulted in the same automated response. I never received any personal communication from them.
A final note, once we arrived we discovered that we were limited in our beach access. Apparently after we had booked, to help with social distancing, the property owners' association decided to divide up beach access into 2 5-hour segments each day, so we could either go from 8-1 or 2-7. We were never notified of this by the property manager, nor did I come across this on any of the 30A or South Walton websites I had been checking. I had to dig and finally found it mentioned on the property owners' association website. We had an excursion booked for one of our beach times, which luckily we happened to be able to move.

Renting the property was very easy and when we arrived a little early they were able to let us in early since the room had already been cleaned. That was very helpful since family had flown in and needed a place to put their luggage. On the down side the bed was very uncomfortable! The couch was uncomfortable and had a stain on it. Also we saw several bugs which was probably due to other units around not cleaned. The bathtub in hallway was moldy looking.

This is an older property and could use some updating, but everything was very clean and comfortable. The only problem we had was a random alarm going off 6 times, 3 of which were in the middle of the night. It sounded like a smoke alarm, but each only lasted a few seconds and we did not have anything cooking. Never did figure out what the problem was.

This condo was a great place for my friends and I’s girls weekend! It’s very easy to walk to Aly’s, Rosemary, and all the shops and restaurants right below in seaside. We could even listen to the live music from the balcony at night! Our only complaint was the beach that the condo gave us access to had so many empty chairs set up by La Vista that there was no additional space for us on the beach, so we had to find an alternative beach to go to.

The condo was in great shape and clean. The Master Bed could use some WD 40 but was comfy. The internet speed was too slow to really use it. We wound up using our hot spots. But overall it was great for what we needed.

Beach access horrible
Access to beach is poor. Over crowded beach for the village guests. Not enough beach to accommodate. We were not aware that nothing with wheels is allow to cross private property to the beach... only what you can carry. Beds in this unit are horrible... hard and had sand in one of the bunks upon arrival. Ice maker in this unit does not work. Pool was wonderful and shops were enjoyable to visit.

Everything about the condo is awesome and wonderful! It is beautiful and we love the location.
There is a huge issue with the Seacrest beaches however and we did not know anything about it until we arrived. It is too long gone explain all the details, but bottom line is due to homeowners association in Seacrest, you can NOT sit on MOST of the beach! Also Seacrest beach limits your time on the beach to 1/2 a day due to this issue and needing to allow thousands of guests access to beach with the limited space. Seacrest needs to get this fixed

the location is great, the property was decent -- but what vacation rental property provides you with only 1/2 a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom? 1 extra (and very thin) garbage bag? The kitchen was very poorly stocked with cooking utensils, spices and pots / pans. Simply put, the details were lacking.
