Enjoy your vacation close to a private, sandy, bay-side beach in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath, cozy beach cottage that is fully air conditioned with 3 new split system A/C units, and offers a large shaded yard. It's just a short, 4-minute walk to Grandfather's Beach (a private association beach). The Master Bedroom offers A/C and 1 Queen bed. Bedroom #2 also offers A/C, and has 2 Twin beds. The living room also has A/C and a TV, and opens to the eat-in kitchen that is equipped with the necessities to prepare meals and has seating for four. The spacious yard has a brand new (2019) gas grill, and patio table with four chairs for your outdoor enjoyment. Other amenities include: washer/dryer, and WiFi Internet access. Sheets and towels are not provided. Non-Smoking, No pets.

Saturday to Saturday rental, minimum 14 day rental.

Brewster vacation

Spacey and charming cottage in quiet neighborhood. Short walk (5-6 mins) to a beautiful private beach. Peaceful yard with barbecue and outdoor seating. Fabulous location. Walking distance to many nice restaurants and mini golf. A short bike ride to Cape Cod Rail Trail. The bathroom and kitchen need updating, but everything is functional, and all basic necessities are provided. The kitchen is well stocked, including everything needed for the barbecue. The mattresses were squeaky. The 4th of July fireworks on the private beach were amazing. The owner is very responsive, helpful, and kind. We spent a wonderful 4 weeks at this cottage and would happily rent it again.

Very nice!

Cute cottage in a lovely neighborhood. Six minute walk to fabulous bay-side beach. We had a question while we were there and the owner responded very quickly.

Perfect location!

We enjoy biking, kayaking, and walking on the beach and this cottage was an ideal location for all these activities. The sunsets were amazing. The house could use some updating and a deck would have been nice, but overall we enjoyed our stay. A very quiet neighborhood, but yet close to restaurants, bike trails, and Nickerson state park.

Reasonable Price for a great Place

We had a great stay at this property. Owner was easy to get ahold of. The home was clean, neighborhood is quiet and the private beach was perfect. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Short walk to the private beach....which we did nightly. Outstanding little restaurant within walking distance. Highly recommend The Island Blue Crab. We went twice. Great food. If you are looking for a reasonable price stay....this is the property to be at.
