Great property

This property came stocked with everything included beach items. The views were great and we always had a quick response if anything was needed.

Nice!

Plenty of room and kitchen space/utensils for cooking. View was great. Price was right. private parking space was nice. Only complaints I have is the floors were dirty. Can't tell until you walk around in bare feet in the condo and the bottoms of your feet are black and the unit could use some cosmetic updating. All in all, the price is worth what you get.

Made the most of it after cleaning it up some.

The bed had hair all in it. Had to take the sheets off. Washer was nasty I had to clean it before even using. Had to clean mirror over the bed. And all the handles on everything. Wasn’t very happy with this part at all. But the view and location was great. The new work on the condo was fine. Just needs more work only 3 wash cloths. Floors dirty.

Amazing location, very responsive

This property was ideally located with a full view of the ocean and a huge deck which is very important to me. The building is a little older but has been been beautifully remodeled. The tile work is gorgeous in this condo. The showers were hot and had wonderful water pressure. The full size washer and dryer were very convenient as was the bathrooms located poolside so we didn’t have to track up the condo. The closets and storage were very spacious and more than exceeded our needs. Beyond the amazing condo, the property management agents, Carrie and Jane, could not have been more helpful due to problems of my own making, including dropping my keys down the elevator shaft. They were very helpful in getting them back and thankfully, the keys are being mailed to me. The assigned ‘in garage’ parking space was too tight for my van which put me in a panic when the other lot was full but Carrie was able to direct me to overflow parking when needed. The responsiveness I received was too notch. I would not hesitate to book this condo again!

Very nice condo

This condo has anything anyone would need. The kitchen was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable so we all got good not sleep. Plenty of towels though the place could use some dishcloths and face cloths. Would rent again. We had no issues so did not need to contact management.

Wonderful!

This was one of our favorite places we have stayed. The condo was clean, as was the whole building. We loved that there was dedicated parking for each condo. Would definitely stay here again.
